Great hotel, the room had a lot of space and a big bed. Bathtub on the room and a lot of appliances. The service was 100% all of the workers were great but a special thanks and mention to Abel, who went out his way to help us. In general, great. Walking to the breakfast wasn’t a big of a deal as is on the same pavement and a quiet calm street.

A great eco hotel at a great price. The best hotel for tourists and business travelers. The location is excellent in a delightful, quiet , safe and green neighborhood. Easy access to buses and métro. Rooms are very comfortable and a good size. Great space for working in the room on large desk. Top restaurants abound nearby. Excellent buffet breakfast in delightful open air patio. Excellent WiFi. Very comfortable seating /working area in the foyer. Excellent air conditioning. Pool is a bit small and shallow but nevertheless appreciated for a refreshing plunge. I will definitely stay here when next in Santiago.
broom and a cloth all poor if they charge an eye in the face they invest in something expensive to clean well the maids clean above .... I have looked and I have realized wue you do not care at all it is easy to receive money from clients if they are not invest in something so that they clean well it is lazy. This is a nice hotel but it is not in a central location. That said, the location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood - overall, it was a nice area. The style is more business-like rather than a luxury/ upscale hotel. It was nice, but I will probably stay somewhere more central and authentic the next time I am in Santiago.
