Sheraton Santiago Hotel & Convention Center

Great location, a little walk into the city, also near to the pick up point for the bus tour . Nice pool and pool bar, the club lounge was pretty good and the wine served was nice . They don’t have beer on the club menu , it’s extra charge . But the wine did the job

Beautiful, clean, well appointed hotel. Problem I experienced is that front desk staff didn’t respond to my issue the whole time I was there. Moreover, some of them were outright argumentative and rude. I asked to escalate to a manager but never got a response. If the manager doesn’t care, makes sense that the frontline staff won’t deliver good customer-service either. Unrelated, definitely do not recommend massage services at this hotel. Expensive and you won’t get what you paid for: They promise aromatherapy is included with all massages, but you won’t receive any—despite nudging. Additionally, the “massage therapist” I had didn’t touch my feet nor any part of the front side of my body except my face (no legs/arms); not sure how this is considered a full body 50 minute massage. Save your $ and perhaps go to a stand alone massage establishment elsewhere in Santiago

Good location. Mainly a convention hotel, but nice. The restaurant is so-so. The batmr area is busy with conventioneers and guests. The food at the bar was better than the restaurant. The cleanliness of the hallways to the rooms was poor. They need tp update the carpets. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Sheraton hotel located in prime location in Providencia neighbourhood. 10 min walking to metro station,5 min to shops and bus station. Reception service is outstanding. Amazing staff.good breakfast with variety of foods available. Room view over the city and Andes mountain is amazing.you can view sun rise and sun set everyday. Although everything is fine,the room need to be refurbished as the room was not in 5star hotel level. There was no kettle in the room,they put only two tea bags and two coffee capsules. No welcome compliments provided in room.these are the services that we expect from 5star hotel but were not supplied to us.
