Santiago Marriott Hotel

Nice hotel, good location with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a big pool and a jacuzzi, the gym is pretty big and well equipped. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety, so I suggest going for it. There is also a taxi service at the main floor, next to the reception. Travel time to/from the airport is around 20-30 minutes.

I had a very unpleasant experience in the executive lounge last night. Osvaldo Quieros one of your employees kept staring at me as I was eating with my family along with another male employee. It was very awkward and ruined my stay there. I thought your staff would be more professional. Please make sure your staff has appropriate and courteous behavior when around guests.

I stayed here for about seven nights while traveling to Santiago for a business trip, and it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Let me start with the building itself—it is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The architecture is striking, and I especially loved the row of international flags outside, which gives the property an elegant, welcoming feel and reflects the international character of the hotel. The staff truly made my stay memorable. Every person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. I don't speak Spanish, so I was a little nervous traveling to Chile for the first time, but the staff spoke excellent English and made everything easy. They were always happy to answer questions and help whenever I needed anything. The hotel itself has convenient shops for snacks, drinks, travel essentials, and gifts. I ended up ordering room service several evenings after getting back from work, and everything I had was excellent. The gnocchi was especially memorable, and I'd happily order it again. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic—almost overwhelming in the best possible way—with an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. I was able to walk to a nearby shopping mall with plenty of restaurants, fun stores to browse, and even a grocery store. It made it easy to pick up gifts to take home and anything else I needed without having to travel far. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the view. I had requested a room with a view and was given an incredible corner room overlooking the Andes. I actually slept with the blinds open every night so I could wake up to that breathtaking mountain range each morning. It was one of those little moments that made the trip feel even more special. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and after long workdays it was the perfect place to come back and relax. Between the outstanding hospitality, beautiful architecture, excellent food, incredible mountain views, and convenient location, this was one of my favorite business hotel stays. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

We just stayed two nights at the Santiago Marriott Hotel and enjoyed our stay. The service was very good. The employees were really hospitable and warm. The location was great, close to nice shopping and plenty of restaurants. The rooms were nice enough, they could do with an upgrade but were clean. There were two plug-ins for 110 voltage US plugs. One was in the bathroom and the other was in the room on the desk. I would recommend this hotel.
