I have spend the first 25 years of my life in hotels. Never had an experience like this. A note under my door informed us that unfortunately the had to cut power from midnight to 6am. That meant, no light (of course), no running WATER, no AC (room had terrible/no natural ventilation), no Wifi of course. You would think further explanation from manager? Refund? Offer of another hotel? You would be quite mistaken. None. Junior staff at front desk only shrugged at this, one even told me "I am glad I am not here tomorrow". Fun fact, there was the phone number of the manager on the note, but only for "medical emergency". I asked for a late check out and they had to ask for permission and then it was magnanimously granted. Dinner was also a first. I had dinner at the hotel (not great, salmon was dry) and wanted to charge it to my room. Was told that since I left no guarantee (older folks might remember the paper card swipe you left when booking), it could not be charged to the room. Had to go to my room, get my card, go back and pay. Waiter could not understand that I could not understand. A pity. Location is really great. Perhaps, under new management or ownership, this could be a great hotel.

Really loved this little hotel. Very close to downtown and in a good area. Staff was polite and accommodating.
What a fabulous 3 nights at the start of our South American adventure. Room was really comfortable with loads of space. Welcomed on the desk by Matias who could see we were jet lagged and couldn’t have been more polite and welcoming. Throughout our whole stay he made suggestions on where to go or visit and even helped us set up our mobile access. You can tell he has experience in hospitality and his English was perfect. We honestly wouldn’t have had such a good time if it wasn’t for his kind assistance. Andreas was also really helpful and courteous. In fact all staff on the desk are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was out of this world with so many choices aplenty. Big high five to the management of this boutique hotel. You have the right people and culture happening so well done. Highly recommend
Basic room, the beds were a bit too soft. The service was very good. They even gave us breakfast bags because we left before official breakfast time. Also the bar/restaurant is very nice.
Friendly hotel staff. The room is spacious and clean but missing power points and the toilet smelled a bit of sewage. The frigobar was empty and there wasn’t a kettle or any coffee or tea available. The breakfast was great!
