The property looks very modern and inviting in a great location in Santiago. The rooms are new, quite comfortable and spacious. The complimentary parking in a secure garage is a plus. However, the check-in process is horrendous - paper system and slow processing. The breakfast, although held in the very nice restaurant (Ré), is very average to not that great.
We were with a group from Utah Valley University. All loved staying in this comfortable, accommodating hotel. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant during regular hours even better. Close to a wonderful mall and park. Central to other locals on our itinerary. The staff were amazing and helpful.
The staff from housekeeping to front desk is friendly and many speak English. Everyone works hard to provide the very best guest experience! Nice amenities and super clean from gym to pools. Our room was immaculate and the beds were perfect to get enough rest; night after night. And the views of Santiago from hotel windows were spectacular!
Decent rooms. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Small pool. Pool with warm water, but is NOT a jacuzzi. But customer service did not meet expectations. We asked for late check out the night before we left, but we were told by the guy at reception that we had to call the next day to inquire about late check out. When we called the following morning, we were told that we couldn’t get late checkout because too many people had already requested it. Also, our toilet didn’t flush.
Very good hotel in a great location. velvety friendly and helpful staff many who can speak English. Close to best mall in Santiago. Rooms were bigger than average and full walk in shower. Other highlights: bathroom amenities were replenished each day and the mini bar / snacks was a good variety. Only downsides: the hotel is busy, breakfast never changes.
