The views from the room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needs more lighting. The shower was slippery. Went to pool at 8:30 PM and it was closed. Typically, they close at 10.

One of the newer first class hotels in the area. Not perfect yet but really getting there. Beyond the privileged location the staff really is impeccable. They also are unusually knowledgeable in languages.
I stayed at Pullman Santiago El Bosque during my trip to Chile. The location is excellent and the breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was disappointing and felt far from guest-oriented. I had just arrived from Beijing after nearly 36 hours of travel and was still suffering from jet lag. On my second evening, after returning exhausted from a full day of sightseeing, I found a note in my room informing me that I had to pack all of my belongings and move to another room due to hotel maintenance. While I understand that maintenance issues can occur, there was no assistance offered and very little consideration shown for the inconvenience caused to a tired international traveler. After moving, I discovered that the new room did not match my original reservation, as I had booked a king-bed room but was assigned a twin-bed room. I then chose to carry all of my luggage back to reception to request a correction. The next room I received had an electrical noise coming from the lighting fixture above the curtains, which continued even after the lights were turned off and made it difficult to rest. Once again, I had to return to reception with all of my belongings. I was then assigned another room, but this room was located directly beside large external air-conditioning equipment. Even with the windows closed, the noise was clearly noticeable. What disappointed me most was not the room changes themselves, but the lack of empathy and proactive support throughout the process. At a time when I was clearly exhausted from long-distance international travel, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that the inconvenience was treated as if it were simply my responsibility to manage. This may be my only visit to Chile, and unfortunately this experience left a negative impression. While the hotel's facilities and location are good, the service I received fell well below the standard I would expect from an international hotel brand. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to choose Pullman hotels again in the future. --------- Despite the detailed response from hotel management, my experience unfortunately continued to deteriorate. On my third night, after another exhausting day, I returned to my room around 11:00 PM and was finally about to fall asleep. At that point, several children in a nearby room began running, jumping, screaming, and repeatedly slamming around the room. The noise was loud enough to wake me up completely. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I tried calling the front desk multiple times. The room phone advertises a "one touch" service, yet after four or five attempts nobody answered. Instead of receiving assistance, I had to get dressed, leave my room, and go downstairs to reception in person late at night. This was particularly unacceptable given everything that had already happened during my stay: the forced room relocation, the unsupervised children, the electrical noise issue... At that point, I felt less like a hotel guest and more like someone constantly dealing with problems that should never have existed in the first place. The receptionist eventually moved me to another room, but by then I had already lost sleep and spent another night dealing with issues that should have been handled by the hotel, not the guest. One problem can be bad luck. Repeated problems over multiple consecutive nights indicate a serious failure in service and guest experience.
Excellent place to stay in Santiago. Front desk staff accommodated us earlier than the check in time - and the room on 16th floor had a great views of the tallest building- Costanera center and the statue of Virgin Mary on the top of San Cristobal hill. Sunsets were amazing from the room itself. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive- service at the breakfast by Nicolas was awesome. He always brought us made to order omelets and avocado toast nice, quick and warm. Housekeeping was also excellent.
Clean well maintained hotel with decent rooms. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Nice bar and breakfast. Situated in a modern and safe area of the city, right opposite a cool shopping centre/food court and 10 minute walk to the Sky Costanera. My only two issues with the hotel were a) Only 2 coffee pods supplied during the entire 2 night stay and b) Swimming pool area could do with a retouch.
