We’ve had a lovely stay here. Staff were super friendly. The place is clean, breakfast is a fine standard buffet. Bathroom certainly on the small side, but water pressure and temp were good. There’s a fitness center which has a small range of weights and equipment. Enough to get in a solid workout though requires a little creativity. Never saw more than 4 people inside. The location really is excellent. A nice and safe street in the providencia neighborhood. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Just a short walk to the metro. It was the perfect place to begin our trip in Chile 🇨🇱

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Tobalaba Metro Station. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and it was a nice touch that they provided body lotion. There were a few minor downsides. The room didn’t include slippers, bathrobes, or a kettle, so we had to go to the lobby whenever we wanted hot water. There was also a water dispenser on each floor, but during our stay it only dispensed cold water because the hot water function wasn’t working. We were also given only two pieces of facial tissue, which seemed a bit odd. Overall, these were small inconveniences, and they didn’t take away from an enjoyable stay. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Santiago.
We arrived very early after traveling, and the staff at the Ola Santiago Providencia were incredibly accommodating by providing us with a room right away. As a Hilton Gold member, I felt very well taken care of. They not only gave us a welcome drink voucher for the ground-floor bar, but also provided complimentary breakfast every day of our stay, including the morning we arrived! The breakfast is buffet-style, and while it might not be the most elaborate spread, it is more than adequate with a solid mix of savory and sweet options. My daily go-to was the eggs and mushrooms paired with a good, strong cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee, they have free coffee and tea available around the clock by the check-in desk, which is a great touch. Our double room was very spacious and comfortable. A major highlight was the bathroom—the shower had fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water. They provide two free bottles of water, which you can conveniently refill at the water stations located on every floor. The hotel amenities are perfectly sized for a city stay. There is a small gym with enough cardio and weight equipment to get in a light workout, and a small outdoor pool (though we skipped it since the weather was still a little chilly). If you decide to order food delivery instead of eating at the hotel restaurant, they have a robot that delivers your food directly to your room, which I found pretty cool. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The location is unmatched, easily walkable to the metro station, Torre Costanera, and the MUT. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would absolutely come back here if I am ever in Santiago again.
Overall, a nice mid range hotel with good service, rooms and location. Check in was smooth, and I appreciated the free welcome drink. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains made for some good sleep. The shower is also worth highlighting, as it‘s not only very spacious but also had the best water pressure of any place I stayed at in Chile. I also liked that they provide drinking water stations on every floor. Breakfast is nothing out of this world, but completely fine. I would have appreciated some made to order options such as omelettes. Same thing goes for the gym - a couple of treadmills and some weights…Well, Hotel Gyms I guess. My only point of criticism is the wifi which constantly (like every few seconds) disconnected from my phone. I didn’t raise this issue with staff during my stay, so won‘t be deducting any points for this. If you need a good place to stay, in a nice and central location, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Quite a decent hotel in a district that is generally considered safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but good enough if your main goal is to explore the city. The beds were comfortable and everything was generally clean. The pool is tiny, but fine for a short afternoon break. Breakfast was the weakest point for me - I expected better quality, especially when it comes to the famous Chilean bread and avocado.
