The experience related to the hotel in general was good. My observation is related to the cleaner crew because a really bad situation occurred regarding the cleaning.
The cleaning staff threw away some of my bags that shouldn't have been thrown away, and inside one of those bags, I had some receipts that I needed for health expenses reimbursement. I complained to reception, but I was left with the loss and didn't receive what I was entitled to due to the hotel's mistake. I imagine that if something isn't in the trash (like the bag wasn't), it should be kept there. In short: I suffered a finantial loss and damage because of this situation.

Pet friendly. Nice staff. AC in the room doesn't work. There's no closet and you hang your clothes literally from a tube pipe next to your bed.
We were a group of 8 and we had a very enjoyable time at this property. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to a ton of restaurants. Excellent breakfast and amenities. The real stars of the hotel are the front office - I gave this a 5 star review because of Paula who did an amazing job of organizing custom excursions for our group with very little notice.
