The hotel was nice however the outdoor jacuzzi did not work. The staff where reluctant to sort the issue out. Eventually they changed our room. Most of the staff were friendly however some where unprofessional and created an uncomfortable environment when walking past the reception. Great location

The hotel is nice and has good potential, but the experience doesn’t quite live up to what you’d expect from a five-star property. The reception service was rather poor, lacking warmth and attentiveness. The rooms are spacious and aesthetically pleasing, but you can clearly see signs of wear and tear—some elements feel outdated and in need of maintenance. Overall, the hotel comes across as a bit run-down. Given the price, you would expect a much higher level of upkeep and service. It has everything it needs to be excellent, but at the moment, it falls short of its promise.

Worst hotel ever! We checked in and our room AC was broken, the safe was broken, the shower had a default setting that sprayed the entire bathroom and they limited the towels to two with no washcloths. They moved our room the second day. We came back to another hot room. I asked the front desk to fix the AC while we went to dinner, assuming it was because we had not set it correctly. We came back to a hot room. The front desk claims someone came up and confirmed it was working great. It is set to 16. We should be freezing but are now having to listen to nearby bars with our window wide open. This is the worst hotel. They offered to move us ( a second time) at 10pm. Do any of their rooms work? Nightmare. Do not stay here!!!!

The rooms were great. Check in was slow and later than advertised. That seems to be the Chilean way. Bed was really comfortable as were the pillows Hot water took ages to come out in the shower until I learnt to turn it on well beforehand. Coffee in the room was not free which I've never seen before. Breakfast was yummy
