So, This room is $160 AUD per night. I did my research, NH is a 4 start hotel in Santiago. From my understanding, a 4 star hotel should refill their amenities regardless of what. I kindly asked for a coffee pods refill for a 3 day 'paid' stay in NH. The reception lady said it was 2USD per pod to refill. I put the sign up his morning at 8:30am to service our room, we came back at 12pm or later, the room is not serviced and the service card has been turned into 'do not disturb'. So I phoned and asked to at least... at least...... refill our bath towel. There was no trouble here. However, I thought I will ask for our coffee pods when I went down next. The reception lady said it is 2USD per pods. WOW!!!!! I've told her we are staying for 3 nights and did not get refill this morning, she said It is for all customers, they are ONLY ALLOWING ONE COFFEE PER PERSON PER ROOM PER BOOKING...... MIGHT AS WELL BOOK ONE PER NIGHT RATHER THAN 3 NIGHTS!!! So WATCH OUT, if you are a coffee lover and love to have a morning coffee at home before going outside, which is very very normal for a tourist in Santiago to go on a tour starts before the breakfast time. They seem to not care if you need more coffee outside of the breakfast time. My husband and I are EXTREMELY disappointed and very upset, because we chose this 4 start hotel for a specific reason that we 'want to be comfortable' during our stay. and I am not exaggerating this, just purely disappointed..... (when we came in the first day, the heater is not working properly, we had to call and asked someone to come up and check our heater) It was very disappointing for this regulation............ or behaviour of not able to have a second coffee in room?! Because when I asked to refill our towel, I did not get ask for more money, but when I asked for more coffee pods.... 2 USD each... I has travelled many countries in the world, including Sri Lanka and China, I have never been asked to pay extra for room coffee, every 2 USD per pods seems to be very excessive for me. My husband and I will never come back to this hotel again.

Pros: Location was extremely convenient and price to value is difficult to beat. Rooms were also very spacious and clean. Cons: Rooms were dated and slightly under-lit in my opinion. However, we spent most of the time outside the hotel so it wasn't an issue.
The hotel's location is great, super close to public transport and shops. The staff were amazing, really attentive and helpful, which made our stay really good. We're planning on coming back for sure. The only problem was the AC didn't work, couldn't turn on the heat, but they did bring extra blankets, so that was nice.
We were treated in an appalling way by this hotel. Our room wasn't ready at the check in time. They didn't provide an estimate for when it was going to be ready nor an apology. We had to wait at the lobby and keeping on checking.. Our short trip schedule in Santiago was disrupted by this by the didn't care. We paid premium price to stay at this chain to be treated with no care at all..Never again with NH.
We stayed at 209. The bathroom door lock didn't work, cooler didn't work and room wasn't fully cleaned by room service. They didn't fix it even after telling the reception. Breakfast was about $15USD and was reasonably good.
