The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from the airport, and it has to be requested to the property in advance directly. It is also possible to park a vehicle at the property and request the airport shuttle free of cost. The city center of Santiago is just a 20-minute car ride away.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated how accommodating everyone was. On our last day, they even allowed us to use the spa after we had already checked out, which was a great touch and made our final day much more relaxing.
A special shoutout to Martina at the front desk for being so helpful, and to our servers Javiera and Rebecca for their excellent service and hospitality. We would definitely recommend staying here.
A lot of details in the rooms and the service that makes me doubt about a 5-stars ranking and thus the price, in comparison with an other Wyndham in Concepcion. Forget about the shuttle service which is more convenient for the Hotel than the guests, just take an overpriced taxi (18-20€ for a 5min ride) from the reception, at least you will reach the airport when you actually want and need to.
Me and my partner got sick after a dinner at the hotel restaurant, not eating the same meal.
A nice hotel in close proximity to the Santiago airport. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport: to arrange a pickup from the airport, you just need to send them a WhatsApp message, while shuttles back to the airport depart every hour.
Our room on the 5th floor was spacious, clean, and modern. Breakfast starts at 5:30 AM and runs until 10:00 AM, which is super convenient for early flights. Additionally, they allow you to store your luggage there for a few days, which was extremely helpful while we flew out to Easter Island!
Stayed here for 2 nights, the 1st night before our domestic flight to Easter Island and the 2nd night before flying home. The hotel is perfect for transit stays. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a very good rest between our domestic and international flights. They also provide a shuttle bus service, which makes it very convenient for transit guests. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly, helpful, and spoke perfect English. He shared a lot about his personal travels around Chile and oversea trips which made the ride even more enjoyable. Great hospitality and lovely sharing from him.
If you are looking for a stay near the airport this is the place. Reasonably priced and rooms well equipped, including a coffee machine.

I really appreciated the fact that i could leave luggage there, as i was returning to the hotel after a short trip.
Breakfast is hectic as there are too many people in a small space.
At the reception the male receptionists were more friendly than the female ones.
Airport shuttle is a big plus.
