Intercontinental Santiago, An Ihg Hotel

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Checking in and out was seamless. Hotel restaurant is top notch. Menu items were plentiful for a selective eater like me. Room accommodations were excellent. Had an amazing view of the mountains, Sky Costanera and Los Condes. I didn't want to leave. Will visit this hotel again on my return visit to Santiago Chile.

The International is stunningly beautiful and lush! Living green walls, suspended large scale modern sculptures, exquisite staircases, and generous rooms await. Service is impeccable! The morning buffet offers an extraordinary variety of traditional Chilean postres, as well conventional breakfast fare. The hotel is located in the Financial District. Just around the corner is a street lined with exceptional restaurants. The Intercontinental will make your stay in Santiago most memorable.

I had a wonderful time at a conference hosted in this hotel. The food was great (see pics). The hotel staff is super kind. I especially enjoyed my time at The Lobby Bar & Restro with service from Edwin. Despite many of us being English speaking, he helped us make decisions on food. The facilities are beautiful. The only negative is that there are quite a few steps. It’s not as accessible if you have mobility issues.

Great service at every level in a beautiful hotel. The concierge gave me perfect recommendations for dinner nearby, on a lovely wide street lined with restaurants, after calling several to see which offered the food I craved (oysters). Cristóbal provided generous attention during breakfast, along with all of his colleagues. Five stars!
