Icon Hotel

Good hotel. Staff were very friendly. Clean rooms. The location is in a safe area. The one downside is that they only allow 3 guests per room. We had 4 guests so we had to split up which was not ideal. Other than that I would recommend!

We were visiting our family in Santiago and stayed at this hotel for two weeks. We ended up regretting it. At this price point, you’d expect the in-room amenities to work. But unfortunately: the sink wouldn’t drain, a broken armchair, a loose connection on a lamp, a broken safe—and despite multiple requests to the front desk, there was no response. Stains on the bed linens were reported as damage to the hotel room and charged at $95. Then there were just two coffee capsules and one bottle of water for a two-week stay. That’s what you call a rip-off and stinginess. The room was poorly cleaned, and sometimes not at all. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

We return back to Icon for the 2nd time in 2 years as it suited our family requirements. Joining rooms , extremely clean, friendly staff, well equipped hotel and buffet breakfast was one of the main reasons to return . Awesome roof top with amazing views. Highly recommend as location is very safe . Also big thank you to Jose the food manager for he's friendly and accommodating service Pricing $$

Amazing hotel!! Would definitely stay here again! It’s located in the modern part of the city and is very close to the metro which it’ll take you anywhere. The room was very sparse and clean it was also serviced everyday! The restaurant really made a shock in me and my partner as the service and the food was really good! The reception staff were friendly and helpful giving us a fast and smooth check in and check out. Housekeepers that attended the room everyday with fresh towels.
