Hotel Novotel Santiago Vitacura

This was a beautiful hotel in an excellent location with the most kind and helpful staff. I loved my stay and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a long time, we are pleased to stay in this Novotel. a few years ago we stopped because it wasn’t as it used to be, and we decided to give it a chance, and it was worth it! People, service, food amazing! It’s welcoming and friendly! They will help you with any needs. For the rooms yes it can be better but for Novotel it’s more than expected, they have renew some parts of the hotel, but the service was magnificent

We stayed at the hotel for 5 day and really enjoyed our stay. We ate at the hotel most evenings, as the veranda area under the trees is lovely and cool and the food very good and well-priced. The room was a good size with everything we needed and had a bath as well. The hotel is centrally located close to may attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend the hotel for couples visiting Santiago.

The room is nicely designed, modern, functional, very clean. The checkin was very friendly and effortless. Got a special deal on Expedia and it was definitely a great value for the quality of the hotel.
