Hotel Magnolia

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Magnolia. It is a very cool hotel that has a unique vibe and architecture I have never seen in any other hotel. It was very clean and the room was amazing. It was spacious and the bedding as well as the actual mattress were so comfortable and cozy. It was a modern but cozy feel. The location is also great and the staff are very kind and accommodating. There is a breakfast buffet included that was very extensive and even provided made to order eggs if you choose. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Magnolia for 2 nights in April 2026. We had a suite and a deluxe room. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with buffet and made to order options. The best part is the staff. They will go out of their way to assist you. All were professional and friendly. Alessandro, the manager is a delight. We appreciated the late check out as we had a late night flight. Would highly recommend this hotel

Great location near the historic ceo. Rooms are clean and well appointed but smaller than I expected at this pride point. Breakfast is served in a nice location and is basic but good with protein options and free flowing coffee. My main gripe was noise from the night staff that resonated through the open atrium all the way to the sixth floor. The 2 night mangers kept talking and I could hear it all through the night. I went down and asked to please keep it quiet but my sleep was gone by then.

Don’t trust the negative reviews. This hotel is fabulous. The design is great. Not dated at all. The lobby and the downstairs area are maybe not refined enough for a luxury boutique hotel but it more than makes up in the rooms. I am staying in the standard superior room on 5th floor. It is beautiful, well designed, and extremely clean. They change the sheets every night which nowadays is not a common practice even in the established five star properties. My room has an Nespresso machine and plenty of free bottled water. Fluffy perfectly white towels and branded Molton Brown toiletries. I am facing the street but it is a quiet residential street so no noise at night. The staff and the service are outstanding. Warm, considerate, and professional (thank you, Fernando) I turned in my laundry in the afternoon on a Saturday and while initially they did not know if they can accept it (apparently, no laundry service on Sundays) instead of saying no, they said « we will try » and got it done the same day in a matter of about 4 hours. Wow. I was so impressed and appreciative. The breakfast is ok, but dinner was great (although the servers were on their phones throughout most of it). My only 4* is the location and the shower set up. Location is very central but it is on the city center side and a couple of blocks from Lastaria. There are no restaurants/bars right next door. According to the locals, it is better than being in the middle of Lastaria but on the evenings you don’t feel like walking a couple of blocks there are no choices to grab dinner on your street but to eat at he hotel. The shower is in the same space as the toilet, no door, and the faucet as well as the toiletry caddy is on the toilet side. When you have the water running, it sprays on the floor everywhere and there is no way to mitigate it. The negatives are minor and I would stay here again without hesitation.
