We booked this hotel last minute when our plans changed and lucked out! It's super comfortable and it smells good. The rooms are efficient but very well designed with lots of storage and even a Nespresso machine. The AC and WiFi worked well, and the hot shower was great. They even have a filtered water machine downstairs. Everyone we spoke to here was friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

This was such an amazing hotel for our first time in Chile. It was quite central to everything including the trains. The front desk was so helpful, they spoke English and Spanish. They allow you store bags as you explore the city and also they have a great laundry and gym. Don’t forget your own detergent though. We really loved our room - it was safe, clean and came with a safe and coffee machine. I would stay here again 100%

Beautiful. I'd go back there in a sec. Clean, fresh, quiet, perfect. The only thing I absolutely hated was the bump at the bottom of the first parking ramp. It damaged the rental car. The ramp was so steep as it is, and there's this stupid bump on the bottom of it .. i was barely going and It still hit the frame of the car. Who's stupid idea was it to put it there? Now I have to pay to fix the rental car! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
