I think it would be unfair to give this hotel any less than 5 stars because it has excellent sound isolation, actual blackout curtains, soft beds and pillows, a phenomenal sauna (gets super hot), and DELICIOUS food. The food is important because there are no delivery apps to deliver food to the hotel. Cons: no mini fridge in the room…so if you’re craving cold water, you’re out of luck. They provide an ice bucket, but their ice machine on floor 0 doesn’t work. This in incompetence on management. Also, the key cards constantly fail, so you’re always going back to the front desk to get a new key 😒. Other pros: Excellent, huge TV with Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc., option for a 6pm late checkout for $90, and again, great food!

This place is very professional and easy to communicate with. I asked for an early check-in before I left Australia, and they have a texting service that replies within minutes. Once I arrived, I was lucky enough to receive an early check-in. I also accidentally left cash and my phone charger in the drawer and did not realise for 24 hours. After I contacted them, they immediately raised the matter and within minutes had found my belongings. Every dollar was accounted for. This level of honesty is extremely rare these days.
Perfect location, good breakfast ROOMS: spacious rooms, big bathrooms. Wide bed, pillows, desk and chair. There are coffee machine and safe box in the room, no fridge. Bathroom in some of the rooms have a bath, others are equipped with a shower. There are shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. LOCATION: excellent! In 2-5min walking distance from both terminals with easy access to them. FOOD: breakfast buffet 5-10am: good variety of cold appetizers, hot dishes, eggs, fruits and pastries. FACILITIES: good wi-fi, room service 24h STAFF: polite and friendly.
As a budget choice you usually can’t go wrong with a Holiday Inn. We stayed here for a one night stopover on our way to Rapa Nui. First up, the room. The hotel is in the middle of a busy airport. We could see planes taking off from two runways from our room. I could not believe how quiet it was. I mean, silent. The bed was comfortable and we had probably our best night’s sleep of the holiday. We got a snack in the bar on arrival and ate in the restaurant that evening. The staff were polite and helpful, and we really enjoyed the food. Generous portions, nicely cooked. Best of all, it’s easily walkable from the terminals.
This room is perfect for a couple. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Its location is great, too. It's across from the Santiago airport and super easy and quick to access. The 24/7 reception is also great. Every receptionist was attentive and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and had a big bathroom. Breakfast was good, though as is often the case in hotels, there wasn't much vegan selection. Other than that, I have no complaints.
