I have been trying to obtain a refund for over a month. The hotel has already confirmed that I was charged incorrectly and that I am entitled to a full refund. While the staff are friendly and helpful over the phone, the issue remains unresolved. More than a month has passed, I have sent multiple follow-up emails, and none have received a response. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend verifying that any billing issues are fully resolved before checking out. If you have been charged incorrectly, do not rely on promises that the refund will be processed later. Stay until the matter is resolved and your refund has been confirmed. It could save you a great deal of time, frustration, and unnecessary stress.

Modern dumpster fire of bad architectural decisions. If, for whatever reason, you think that hotel bathroom should have walls and doors this hotel is a strong no-no. The shower, loo and sink all conveniently located in the bedroom with the glass separators that are even not properly frosted. Shower: you step out of it directly into the room leaving the floors wet (very inventive) and leaving you no privacy whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

I visited this hotel for my first time in Chile with my mom and aunts. The service was impeccable overall. The property and rooms were beautiful and well kept. (Sn: as an American you'll be pleasantly surprised that you actually can open on of your windows). The roof top restaurant and terrace were amazing with a magnificent view and staff. I would like to specifically shoutout the following, Moises, Adriana, Elias, and the restaurant hostess (whose name I didn't catch but she had glasses and was wearing a ponytail during our stay) for their impeccable service and candor. My sole complaint stems from an encounter I had in the restaurant following breakfast. An employee named Evelyn was extremely rude to me and while I'm not entirely sure what she said since I'm not fluent in Spanish, her facial expression and tone let me know it was not kind.

I had a great experience here at the hotel. The service was wonderful from the moment I arrived, being greeted with a warm cookie. What a surprise and thoughtful touch! The room was super comfortable, new, everything designed for the guest's comfort. It was the first hotel I've stayed at that offered a water filter in the room, I thought that was incredible! The hotel view is marvelous, a real plus! Localização também é perfeita! The breakfast was also super good. Overall, the experience was wonderful.
