Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Santiago - Vitacura

From the front desk staff, room service staff, the security and spa staff, everyone was friendly. There's no other place I need to stay when I visit Santiago. They exceeded my expectations. They're conveniently located walking distance from the massive mall that has tons of places to eat. I really enjoyed my stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the location was great, and every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to thank Ellinor at the front desk. After I accidentally left my iPhone at another hotel, she patiently contacted them, followed up several times, and helped arrange for my phone to be returned. She went far beyond what I expected and turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending. I also want to thank all of her colleagues, who were equally kind and supportive throughout my stay. This level of genuine care and hospitality is something I will always remember. Thank you all for making my stay in Santiago so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

My stay at the DoubleTree was exceptional. From the moment I parked my vehicle in their garage and checked in, I was met with outstanding customer service. Receptionist Juan Carlos was incredibly detailed and ensured all accommodations and expectations were fully met. The room also featured a fantastic, expansive view of the city's impressive skyscrapers right from the window. Juan Carlos certainly made my stay here feel extraordinary.
