Service at this hotel was excellent. There are great views of the Andes from the rooftop patio. The neighborhood has lots to do in walking distance including a mall .

I enjoyed my stay at this particular Marriott. In the States the Courtyard brand seems to be a bit behind in terms of the room appeal. However, this Courtyard is a lot more modern with excellent staff, great views, and a decent dining experience. I like to give a shout out to Paz who was very warm and was very kind upon my check in. Jaime and Marcos, the bartenders, who concocted the most delicious piscos sours (the Chilean version is superb). And Franco, a very enthusiastic and youthful waiter who spoke English and Spanish with me and was welcoming. The views are spectacular. From the windows in the lobby to the excellent pool and exercise room. The breakfast buffet was about $20. It was very European with eggs made right to order. There are assorted pastries and meats. However, those with allergies may want to ask about the specifics in the menu items. The hotel is nextdoor to a gigantic shopping mall, that is convenient for those wanting that mall experience. There are a lot of commercial restaurants nearby that are unique but just ok.

Great hotel in a great location! Stayed here in November and the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good in a safe neighborhood with lots of office workers. Attached to a mall with shops and eateries and a real grocery store which is convenient. About 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station on line 1, so it’s easy to get downtown and not dealing with traffic which could be pretty bad. The in room refrigerator is small and tucked into a cabinet. It dis connected to power because in the morning my food was spoiled so make sure it’s connected to power with the light on. Could use a better configuration. Front desk staff were helpful except they could be more clear. They told me because I am gold elite that I get 50% off of purchases only to find out it’s only breakfast which was already included in my rate. So deceiving. Randi, when he was working was the best, clear and helpful. Breakfast is okay. Selections could have been better. I would recommend.
