Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel

How can this be a 5 star hotel - its barely a 1 star motel! Outdated rooms, non functional elevator, stale breakfast, abysmal service… Two instances to share -1/ booked airport shuttle (mentioned all the luggage) - was quoted x dollars. At the last moment they doubled the price - they already knew all the luggage i had. Luckily i was able to get uber within x amount 2/ front desk didnt bother to help with luggage at all, even after seeing the customers struggling! Shameful

• Prime Location: The hotel is situated in an excellent area, making it very convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. • Spacious Accommodations: The rooms feature impressively high ceilings that create an airy, open atmosphere. • Ample Bathroom Space: The bathroom is notably large, providing plenty of comfort and room. •Excellent Service & Hospitality The staff here is exceptionally kind and attentive. A special mention goes to Alexandra, who went above and beyond by preparing sandwiches for us when we had to check out before the official breakfast service began. This level of thoughtfulness made a significant difference in our travel experience.

Couldn't ask for anything more. The staff are very friendly, speak great English if you need, and always eager to help. The rooms are clean and nice with WiFi, charging ports and a decent sized bathroom and bed. The breakfast was very good with probably the best cuppacino I've had in Chile. Didn't get to try the pool but it would be great in summer.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. The free breakfast was surprisingly impressive — a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The hotel itself is spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s close to plenty of restaurants and has easy access to public transportation, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, this place is a gem. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
