I tried to make a reservation and the service (February 7, 2022 at 9:15 AM) was terrible. They don't have trained staff. I was helped by a foreigner who didn't know the prices, and the worst part was that she told me they only work until 9 PM. AWFUL!
Good hotel for a weekend stay
It's hard to spot from the street, especially for tourists and foreigners. The apartments are small but have the essentials. Parking is available for guests, and a continental breakfast is served in the room. The breakfast is basic. The service is friendly and attentive. There's only one elevator, and it's old. It's well-located with several restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation and the metro. All forms of payment are accepted.
It's a good hotel; we've been choosing it for our short trips to Santiago for years. It needs a renovation; nothing has changed since the first time I came, which is very important... it has spacious parking.
The renovations have resulted in nice, well-maintained rooms, but the cleanliness and customer service are lacking. Some receptionists are friendly, but others are not, and the same goes for the maids.
