Very small group, 6, so we were able to talk and get to know folks from different countries. Tasted 3 wines and a number of cheeses. Conducted in the back of their cheese shop. We were full when we left. Lots of history on cheese and wine making in the region. Would recommend.

The host (Eunize) was excellent. We tasted a lovely variety of 5 local cheeses and 3 wines. Eunize gave us loads of info on the cheeses and wines and there was plenty of time for questions. There was a good amount of both cheese and wine, and a couple of times she even gave us a refill of both cheese and wine. I'd highly recommended this experience to foodies who want to sample some of the best produce the area has to offer.

This was booked and we turned up at the office early and were sent to the start point. Here the owner told us he had no idea there was a tour. After he called the operator it appears there is no tour. We therefore lost our evening and they assumed just refunding us is 100percect OK. Well we are going to this city once maybe in a lifetime so it's not OK to cancel in this way. Please improve this it's not acceptable

Eunizia was a very personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic hostess. Also was attentive and answered questions in English very well. Ample servings of cheese & wine. Overall was a wonderful experience.

Great Galician cheese and wine tasting experience. Our guide Alex was really knowledgeable about the 5 cheeses and 3 wines that we tasted, & clearly very proud of his region. The taster portions of cheese were enormous & we left feeling completely full! He also has a shop in the city if you want more information or to buy anything that you have tried.

Good price for the experience. Very pleasant considering that a person that was explaining wasn’t usually for an English speakers, but he managed to explain everything very well.

During the tasting, consisting of three wines and five cheeses (soft, smoked, aged, plus variations), I enjoyed the lively and detailed descriptions provided by the host, and enjoyed chatting with the Irish couple who were also attending. The event is hosted by a wine and cheese shop, so the guide tended to us while shuttling back and forth from the shop in another room. The wines and cheeses were outstanding, the guide was charming, and the whole experience was delightful.

Eunize is perfect for this job. She clearly loves her job, and is welcoming, informed, interesting and conversational. The tasting took place in a lovely little room in the back of one of the best cheese shops in Galicia. A perfect cozy spot to enjoy the wine and cheese combinations.

This was an amazing experience! High recommend it - great way to try exceptional gallego cheeses and wines from the region. Our host Eunize was great - super accommodating, knowledgeable and made the overall experience amazing. It is really intimate and quant in the back of a cheese shop - feels like you are at someone’s home. Great thing to do before dinner - but just don’t get too full off the generous portions of cheese like we did.

This was such a fun experience! The organizer contacted me when I was having trouble locating the shop and helped me find my way. The tasting was in a local cheese shop with really delicious cheeses. The wine pairings were also excellent. Eunize, our guide, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail in both Spanish and English. I enjoyed connecting with the other participants as well. I ended up liking one of the cheeses so much that I bought some to take home with me! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience! We went as a two - mother and daughter and no others had booked in so we had a full experience as of a private tasting. The description says 3 wines but we actually had 5 large full glasses and tried 5 cheeses which are all local from the shop. Eunize Our host was fabulous and she was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Full recommend and great value for money to try local cheese and wine.

Had a spare couple of hours so decided to book the cheese and wine tasting experience of galicia. Would highly recommend to anyone, the setting was brilliant, the host was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cheese and wine. And the wines and cheeses were so good. If have an hour or two spare get your self there, you won't be disappointed.

Cheese and wine tasting was held in a cute restaurant in downtown Santiago. Perfect night to end my Camino. All three wines were delicious and reasonably priced should you wish to buy a bottle.

This is a little family owned cheese shop. The girl working explained the different cheeses, how best to taste them and started us with a white wine made in the valley east of us. We had SIX different cheeses and three wines. It was pouring rain outside so this was a great interlude
