Although Illa Pancha is not a very touristy place, it is something that a lover of the sea and nature cannot miss. The island is connected to the mainland thanks to a very narrow bridge and at its tip you can admire the old lighthouse, built in 1857. The herbaceous vegetation takes over this stretch of land, especially with the beautiful cat's claw.

Excellent ride, friendly fun driver-we felt safe and comfortable the entire day. David, the guide was knowledgeable, entertaining and gave fabulous recommendations. The sites visited were interesting and timed well for small exploration-appropriate for each site. All in all, a great day!

This is a really nice tour that does quite a lot in the time available. We took advantage of eating in the suggested restaurant and are glad we did as the food was really delicious. Cathedral Beach was the highlight of course.

Once again I had the pleasure of having Alex as our guide on this varied tour spanning from Mother Nature at its best to some historical sites. I found Galicia Travels very reliable and its employees are true professionals.
This trip has been cancelled two days before it was scheduled . I only stayed in Santiago additional day to go for this trip. Unfortunately it did not happen . I was offered another activity instead which was okay but not what I wanted . I really was looking forward to the one I signed up for .

It was a long day on a bus with very limited time at the beach. Still better than missing out the beach and the lunch stop was perfect. The guide was knowledgeable and also had strong opinions and comments that did not contribute to the experience.

It was definitely an affordable and convenient way to travel to the beach and our other stops. First, the bus was really comfortable and clean. Our guides Ash and Alexis were friendly and knowledgeable about the sites we visited. Lastly, the driver Antonio was a very skilled driver. I didn’t know how we fit in those tiny streets but we did. Also on the way home, he drove the bus like a champ on those windy bridges. The sites we visited were lovely. We were given a lot of time to explore the area after some introduction to the place. Ash communicated with us clearly so we know where to find the bus giving us enough time to walk back. Cathedral beach was a sight to see. It wasn’t completely high tide yet but still wasn’t able to go to the other side of the arch without wetting my pants. The beach was beautiful. It was a rare clear blue sky after days if rain. I’m definitely doing other tours offered by the company based on this experience.

We enjoyed a wonderful day, with beautiful sites like the coast of Tapia de Casariego, where the food in the restaurant was delicious. A recommendation of our guide Martin. Also the walk and informational tour at Rinlo and the sites of Pancha Island were beautiful. But the most incredible moment was Catedrals Beach. Such force of Nature. Beautiful. We had a wonderful, very long day with a guide speaking fantastic English and ofcourse Spanish, his born language. He talked and supported with the most interesting information, but also knew when to let people wander on their own. Thank you Galicia travels
We had a fabulous tour across this beautiful region. Our guide, Alex was exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable. Our bus driver was also excellent! It was wonderful to get to see so much and have someone else handle the details. We would definitely recommend this tour and it was worth every penny.

It is a long journey to Playa de las Catedrales but it is worth it! I could visit that beach many times without being bored. Every day it is different and it is an impressive experience. I also liked to see the other places we visited and the green landscape along the northern coast of Spain. The guide was very good and as a whole I enjoyed it a lot.

Alexis the excursion rep was very good. Fluent in several languages, very knowledgeable and able to have some very in-depth conversations with him. His knowledge of European current affairs is impressive. The trip went very smoothly but would advise people to have a good breakfast as the trip starts at 8 and lunch about 2 pm.
The tour was cancelled less than 24 hour in advance. That is too short notice. They don't accept that customers cancel less than 24 hours in advance. Why isn't there any flexibility, for example by using a smaller bus if they don't get 55 participants?
Was a very enjoyable tour, took many photos, Alexis was a very good guide explained every detail of the tour with good knowledge and good English.
The whole day was something we will always remember. We all had a lovely lunch together. Our guide Alexi was amazing. His friendly but professional demeaned our day more enjoyable. We learnt about the culture of Galicia and saw many aspects of the way of life here as well as enjoying some time at the beautiful beach.

Spectacular trip! I enjoyed it very much! Everything is very organized and the guide is very smart and humble. Perhaps it would be better if he had the microphone on the bus because in the last rows you cannot hear anything. I would have liked to be a little longer in Lugo, the stop was very short there. We were unable to go down to the Cathedral Beach because we did not know that you had to have "pass tickets" to walk on the beach. So if you have planned this walk in high season, get the passes on the Cathedral Beach website; they are free. We really regretted it because the view from above was magnificent
