I would not stay here … rooms are ok but only just functional . A tv, a fridge the size of a thimble, 4 glasses, no other room facility at all … restaurant is erratic … open one day with full menu. The next day only pizzas with no notice to guests … and the next 2 days completely closed again with no notice to guests … I feel they don’t really understand the concept of guests … this is a dormitory suburb… no restaurants or other facilities nearby except a tiny shop, coffee shop in morning only and a pharmacy
Welcoming and comfortable stay for athletes from around the world at 100km Ultra Marathon. Friendly n helpful staff, plentiful n healthy food options, supportive of demanding athletes! Rooms a bit noisy at times n wifi not great on upper floors. Recommend regardless.
Aside from the 5km walk to the cathedral but there's regular buses. Excellent service and the nights rest we needed after 9 days of pilgrim hostels and was a glorious feeling to be able to sleep in so comfortably.
The hotel is well located, close to Santiago center. Our stay was somehow pleasant but for a four star hotel it didn’t feel right. The room had no toiletries or even bottled water provided. Dusty windows, and creaking doors, plus the hall noticeable odour, which affected the overall comfort. The breakfast also didn’t meet our expectations. On a positive note, the staff were kind and welcoming—especially the gentleman at reception and the one who served us at breakfast. Their hospitality was the highlight of the stay.
Stayed here on business. Did not request this hotel. Finally fell asleep at 4am after the room next to me woke me up. You can hear everything in every room, especially the adjacent because it's connected by a paper thin door. Literally thought someone was in my room. Not a great way to be woken up but luckily got a couple hours of sleep before woken up at 6am by multiple guests slamming doors/talking loudly, turns out it was a travel group and it was chaos. There needs to be at least some soundproofing if you want guests to be comfortable. If you are a sensitive sleeper you will not rest here especially traveling. Everything else is ok.. certainly not 4 stars. Would definitely not book again.
