The hotel is very comfortable overall, and the facilities are in good condition and well maintained. The room was spacious and pleasant, making for a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a great variety of options to choose from. The only minor issue was the extra bed, which, unlike in other Eurostars hotels where I have stayed, was somewhat less comfortable and noticeably different from the main bed. Nevertheless, this was only a small detail, and overall the stay was very good. A comfortable hotel with good facilities, a pleasant atmosphere, and a very good breakfast.

We came to this hotel as our flight was canceled. The service was great, in particular the employee at the reception Alejandro was extremely nice, welcoming and professional, giving us great suggestions on how to spend the evening in Santiago.

Immensely bad experience with this hotel. My elderly mother booked a room with them for 3 days by accident as she mixed up the hotel with another one. Within 30 minutes i had them on the phone explaining the situation and asking for a refund. They hung up on me and i called again. They said it was non-refundable. I explained the situation and they said they couldn't refund any of it, not one day. I called the parent company and they referred me back to the hotel again for the same answer. Congratulations, Hotel Eurostars San Lázaro, you left a woman in her 70s crying her eyes out on a park bench. If i could leave you zero stars, i would.

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. Our group of 70 was met with poor reception and rooms that were far below expectations. The noise levels were especially concerning—you could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to rest. Thankfully, our stay was only for one night. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution other groups and parishes to consider alternative accommodations.
