The room we were given had two dirty, sweaty shirts lefts in the closet that stunk the room. The duvet cover had a stain on it that looked like feces. When we called the front desk, we ended up having to change the duvet cover ourselves. That same night they had to break into a room, and the banging was incessant. Worst hotel experience, do not recommend for the price.
Great location. Rooms are spacious and very good. Love the food. Staff are great especially the breakfast host lady - she was lovely and did an excellent job. We would stay here again!
I am presently staying here. I cannot say how impressed I am. The street looks like nothing but inside the hotel, everything is perfect. Staff talks better English than in Carthagena, super helpfull when we wanted to take the bus, good free breakfast, very nice looking and clean room. Super quiet also. We don't hear the street or the other rooms. Nice rooftop to chill and in walking distance of everything. Muchas gracias por todo.
The hotel is excellent value with huge rooms which are very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were a little dismissive on reception as just wanted to watch their mobile phones. The breakfasts were superb. The roof pool needed a good clean and the hot tub looked quite grubby with a dirty scum on top.
We absolutely loved this hotel and the staff! Our room was big, comfortable beds, great A/C, the hotel in general was very clean. Great security. There was always someone at the front desk, as the door was always locked. They also have an elevator which always helps. The root top pool was small but perfect. We enjoyed many margaritas at the bar in the shade. Thank you Carolina! The hotel is in a perfect location. Close to the Marina, shops, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for all of your help Eddie, and all the wonderful friendly staff!
