Ac Hotel By Marriott Santa Marta

This hotel is a jewel in the middle of a tragedy. The economy of Santa Marta and Rodadero is just awful. They build huge condos and hotels but don't hire local workers. They are forgotten. Billions are being invested...but the regular people see none of it.

I had an excellent experience at AC Hotel by Marriott Santa Marta. Although the hotel is not very large, the facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, good lighting, and a spectacular sea view. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially at reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast was varied and good quality. However, the best part was the rooftop pool, which was quiet and had an amazing view. The location is also very convenient, close to the beach and the historic center. In general, it offers great value for money. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it for both business and leisure trips.

We stayed in a King room. The bathroom wasn't a separate room, the shower was just a cubicle with a door from the main room. And the same for the toilet. Breakfast was good although was very very bust between 8-10am and sometimes you had to wait for a table. Service was ok and the location was good. Hotel was located near the police station so felt quite safe.

Can’t really say nothing bad about this place. Employees were nice. Hotel is super clean and amazing location in quiet place however very close to all restaurants and beach. I would suggest to get a room with a nice view. It will definitely make a difference.
