All the staff were very friendly and helpful towards me and my family. However we would like to thank kat müdürü Mustafa specifically he made our first experience in Urfa amazing. He toured us around and gave us recommendations on the best places to visit. We would defiantly be retuning back to this hotel
AC not working, internet intermittently failing, no alcohol. Avoid at all costs. It is really horrible. Folks working here are sweet and nice however the service level is subpar. The five star the hotel seems to claim is bogus.
We enjoyed the immense size of our suite and of our terrace (about 200 m2 !). Very nice personel. Thank you !
It’s a hotel was glamous in the past. It’s an older hotel and was beginning to look tired because of the lack of upkeep. We had a reasonable stay. We needed Google Translate to help communicate in English with the staff, which we expected in Turkey. Breakfast and dinner was ok but we’ve had better food at restaurants and cafes outside. We would rate the food 3/5. The AC didn’t work. The shower cubicle leaked water because there was a gap in the seal. We would not stay there again considering the prices of the rooms. But great central location to historic attractions.
This is our fourth stay at this hotel over the last ten years, and every time we leave just as satisfied as the first time. The hotel is truly wonderful. The building is constructed with modern engineering, making it very safe, while at the same time preserving a rich historical atmosphere. Every time we come, we make sure to have a conversation with Mr. Ömer at the reception. We have known him since 2012. He is very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about Urfa. If you want to learn what to see, where to go, and how to experience the city, you should definitely visit him at the reception. Located in the heart of Urfa, this hotel offers both a great location and a unique atmosphere. I highly recommend El Ruha Hotel to anyone visiting Şanlıurfa.
