Absolutely Exceptional — 5 Stars in Every Way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we walked through the doors of Villa Soro, we knew we were somewhere special. We were warmly greeted immediately, our bags were taken care of, and the check-in process was fast, easy, and completely seamless. Every single person we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff went above and beyond in ways that genuinely made our stay feel effortless. They even provided us with towels and water for the beach without us ever having to ask — such a thoughtful touch! Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding. And the breakfast was fantastic — healthy, fresh, delicious, and filling, with wonderful options to start the day. What stood out most, though, was the people. From housekeeping and the kitchen staff to everyone serving during breakfast and the front desk team, every single person was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. It is rare to stay somewhere where the entire team consistently makes you feel so welcome, but Villa Soro truly accomplished that. The hospitality was exceptional from beginning to end. Five stars in every category. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return to Villa Soro the next time we are in San Sebastián. Highly, highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Villa Soro and truly cannot wait to return. The team that keeps this SLH location running is remarkable. I’d love to give Gorka a shoutout as he did everything he could to make our stay memorable. We really enjoyed this location, our morning coffee and teas, the wonderful linens, and loved using the bikes on property. Something that really stood out to me, was the property was fully booked while we stayed there, yet it felt totally relaxing and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Everything about this hotel - from the location and design, to the incredible staff, is immaculate. Every detail is thought out, the staff is beyond helpful, they have everything you need, and the bar + restaurant is amazing. We loved San Sebastian and staying here was a big part of what made the experience so wonderful. We left two days ago and I've already recommended this place to multiple friends planning trips to Basque country. I can't wait to stay here again one day!

Gorka is absolutely outstanding! He’s one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay at the hotel. He recommended so many amazing areas to visit and fantastic restaurants in San Sebastián, and every single suggestion was spot on. His friendliness, local knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made my trip so much better. Honestly, thanks to Gorka, I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
