Well paced trip with an excellent guide who had good knowledge and expressed it well. Lovely snack in the desert. Really enjoyable trip.

This is the perfect tour if you want to leave with wonderful pictures. The stunning valley, the photogenic bus, the stop at the salt mine and the delicious dinner against the backdrop of the setting sun all contributed to an unforgettable experience. Javier was a very passionate, sympathetic and committed guide. Would definitely recommend!

We did a tour with Pukarumi and had an absolutely fantastic experience. George was an excellent tour guide — we couldn’t have asked for better. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He shared so many interesting insights and made the whole experience both engaging and enjoyable. We were extremely satisfied and felt very well taken care of throughout the entire tour. Well organized tour where you visit a lot of nice places. The best part was our guide Andres who told us a lot of exciting information about the stops. Andres and the driver Enzo then set up a fantastic table with snacks and Pisco Sour/juice. The sunset was a great ending to a fantastic day!

Nice half day trip and way to spend the afternoon! The guide was very nice about taking photos and was entertaining to talk to. I got to take some really nice desert photos.

First, the tour. It's a good alternative to the Valley of the Moon sunset tour. You go to several locations with different scenery and learn about the geology of the Atacama dessert. Then you end at sunset lookout. I highly recommend the tour, but what the 5-star rating is because of our guide Andres. Andres did a great job of explaining the landscape in both English & Spanish. But when I injured my knee, he went above & beyond. My knee was strained before the tour and when going to the sunset viewing point, I took steep step down with my bad leg and instantly regretted it. I stayed behind while Andres got the rest of the group to the viewing point (which was within eyesight of where I stopped). He then came back to make sure I was okay and helped me find a less steep way back up. When we got back to town, he dropped everyone off, but had the driver take us to the emergency room in town. There was a long wait, but Andres insisted on waiting with us, knowing that we didn't speak much Spanish. I decided not to stay because I didn't think they could do much for me. Andres called a cab to take us back to our hotel. The injury was not at all his fault or the fault of the tour, but he went above and beyond to ensure that I was safe.

We did the afternoon tour with Rodolfo who was really friendly and made sure to explain what was happening in both English and Spanish. Saw some amazing views, the magic bus was cool, Rodolfo took lots of photos for us, a great afternoon out finishing with snacks at sunset

Absolutely brilliant, exceeded our expectations. Great communication through the group chat before starting, Maria our guide was so knowledgeable and fun. The driving by Andreas was excellent and super picnic to finish.

Lovely tour with stunning views of the Atacama Desert and the Mountains ranges around the Vallecito. It all combined with kindness, good music and great information provided by our guide! Highly recommended! Top notch!

A really great trip. I went because the company suggested it as Valley De La Luna was closed. Overall, I really enjoyed the Martian landscapes and moments to hike up for views. The sunset snack was delicious as well!

Very disappointed about the communication. What happened. We were in contact via WhatsApp with ‘marbernal999’, probably just a computer with a phone number in Bolivia. Due to a misunderstanding our pick up bus did not show up in time. We had to wait 1 hour outside. Not a problem, if only this would have been communicated by this same WhatsApp number. Why only using WhatsApp to inform, but if things go wrong all communication stops? We were completely ghosted…So bad… Result: we started the tour pissed off and it ruined our mood…

We loved the tour, everything was perfect and Francisco and Alex are very charismatic guides and made us feel super comfortable and entertained. Francisco was also able to answer all our questions and the meal prepared was great.

The tour was supposed to start at 2:30pm as per your voucher. At 2:00pm a tour guide named Mauricio Silva sent a message thru WhatsApp indicating that the pick up will be from 3:30-4:10pm. I asked him why they changed the pick up time without previous notification and he replied let’s talk when I arrived. Upon arrival his attitude was totally senseless shouting that we were strangers in Chile and that in Chile the things are done as they say and that nobody can come to give them orders. That the colonialism was passed 500 years ago. That offensive language was unacceptable for us. The tour as per your application promotion indicates that the tour time will be 2 1/2 hours, he informed that the tour was 4 1/2 hours long. We had booked another tour at 9:00pm. Besides that I told him: ok, let’s go and do the tour but I’ll file a complaint with Viator. Mauricio exploded, start shouting to me and my family and that he had decided that he was not allowed us in his bus. He called the tour guide owner and my wife talked to her. The lady asked us for her apologies and she offered to send us a private tour guide, which she actually did. I believe that we, as tourists, who had flight 10 hours to see the beauties of Chile deserve some respect. We are very serious people who used your platform a lot. Mauricio Silva attitude is diminishing the prestige of Viator and Puka Rumi travel agency. The travel agency acted as expected within the timeframe and responsible. The problem is the tour guide, Mauricio Silva.

Fine Tour (half day) with a very knowledgeable Guide (Geologist). Fine views and the included “snack” was so, that I didn’t need a dinner later …

We had an amazing experience in the desert with Francisco who lovely showed us how Rocks do noises and even music. He explained to us the geographic specials and let us climb on a bus. At the end of the trip we had a fantastic snack buffet while watching the sunset. Adele drove us all very safely. A great tour!!!

This tour was an amazing experience with such a professional and educational approach to it by Francisco. We got to learn about the history of the desert, its unique geology and patrimony, but also enjoy the guide’s hospitality with his tasty snacks for all of the crew during this sweet expedition! I had a fantastic time, the scenery was beautiful and the tour guide Francisco and the driver Adele were both fantastic. Francisco was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and had no trouble catering to tourists that spoke English, Portuguese, and Spanish, highly reccomend!

I had a ton of fun! I arrived today, was advised to visit this agency by my hostel, and they did not disappoint. I was advised really well and booked a bunch of trips (it gets cheaper as you book more). Our guide, Francisco, was fluent in english and even though I was the only person requiring a translation, he always explained everything patiently - I couldn’t have wished for more. And with his experience, he was able to take some great photos and help us to find the right poses. Thank you Francisco, I can’t wait for my next trip!

We did several tours with Pukarumi during the 3 days we were in San Pedro and everything was excellent. The attention from Isidora, Soraya, and Jonathan made every tour very pleasant and enjoyable. Excellent punctuality as well as the logistics, 10/10.

Due to bad weather conditions, many of our plans were canceled. Pukarumi helped us reschedule our stay in S.P. de Atacama and although we could not see everything we wanted, we had a memorable and pleasant experience. The guides are incredible and the professionalism and care of the tours are exquisite. A great experience. We will repeat with them when we return, with some luck the weather will be better.

We only went to MAGIC BUS alone, with no agency. His address is hard to find, it seems you are on the wrong path. We had to use the offline google maps, coordinates and intuition for success. When we found an adventurous vehicle coming back, we always confirmed that we were on the right track. The access, in addition to NOT marked is bad in some sections. Here you reach destiny. Unusual scenario, a bus in decomposition in the middle of the desert. All sticky and lots of people stopping to take pictures. The surroundings are very beautiful, but that's all too. The truth is that Atacama is beautiful, has places with breathtaking views, the sky is spectacular, the dawn and dawn are unique. But the rest remains the feeling of being more of the same. If you have time and will, go. As on all roads of the atacama, check your vehicle, especially the tires and be prepared for a window with no light and no cell phone signal.

An amazing tour with unique landscapes and incredible energy. Soraya, as always, was wonderful, taking care of every detail and ensuring everyone took the most out of it. One of the lightest and most special moments of the trip.

We traveled as a couple in October 2025, we made about 8 tours with the company Pucarumi, and all the tours without exception were sensational. Excellent customer service, super attentive and zealous guides with the group, drivers drove safely. Snacks and meal plan very well served. Super recommend. Note 1000/10.

Very nice tour, thanks to Leonardo our guide who was giving us information at each stop and was very kind also to take pictures of us. It was one of my favorite tours, I would only recommend doing it after Valle de la Luna since the final viewpoint is similar on both tours.
