Just got back from the Salares Route with Daniel and Ivan and let me just say, they are the best! Ivan was super informative, funny, played great music, and even relayed everything he was saying in 3 different languages so everyone in the van could understand what he was saying. Daniel and Ivan also put together an amazing breakfast and lunch that rivaled some of the best restaurants in town!

Reviews
Trip name: Ruta de los Salares The landscapes during the Rohas de Salta trip were breathtaking, and we had the chance to enjoy a breakfast and later also lunch with a great view of a volcano in the background. Our guide shared with us a lot of interesting information in 3 languages English, Portuguese, and Spanish, which made the experience accessible and engaging for everyone. Important! the tour doesn’t include entering the lakes, only admiring them from viewpoints. One suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful if the organizer sent a quick message via WhatsApp a few minutes before arriving at each pickup location. Currently, the driver only calls upon arrival. A brief heads-up could make the process of gathering the group smoother and more efficient.
The horizon tourism is a great agency, super attentive and everything is easily resolved by whatsapp (neither were we at the agency). We left with all the tours already closed from Brazil and we did not regret it! Even I was able to change a ride because the road was closed in the day! The driver Marcelo was excellent, to see that he strives to make everything special for the travellers ( he gave a huge re with the van only for us to see from close and take a photo of a fox ) and the food wonderful! The only suggestion would be to put fewer people in the Van ( suddenly charging a little more expensive to be able to operate this way) since on one of the tours my husband was all squeezed and the routes are all long and uncomfortable! The backbands are very uncomfortable (but there are people who don't connect or only find out later). So if you care about comfort and be the last hotel to get caught on the journey you run the risk of getting in the worst place in the van! Another positive thing is that they make groups of each tour and share the guide’s location and arrival order in the hotels (which avoids long waits from other travellers. What I liked very much of this tour was that it was the only one from the agency that provided chairs for us to sit during meals (he missed the el tatio tour where the view was wonderful too and I was super bad from the altitude)
It was a sensational tour! Thank you to the entire team Horizonte, especially Cris and the guide Samuca! We love it!
Sensational experience and with guide Ivan commanded very well ! You can trust that it's worth it! Everything ran within the combined and the script was very well explored!
The salary and pacana boiler route was our fifth tour. We thought it would not be possible to see more beautiful views in Atacama, but we were wrong. Guided by excellent Ivan Monrroy the tour is wonderful, starting with a breakfast in front of the volcano Licancabur. After that we are introduced to wonderful views that only nature of the Atacama provides.
It was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The guides are super professional and always give tips to continue learning from the region. Ivan was a great guide! We saw unique and wonderful landscapes. We 100% recommend the agency and tours.
We knew that the agency is not among those that offer more exclusivity (less people and more attention). But they assured us that all the tours would be made by them and, convinced, we hired six routers. In the latter, they unilaterally decided to assign us to a “partner Enterprise”. That was definitely not matched!
I loved the walk. The guide told several very interesting curiosities, it was a love. Made all the difference on the ride. I'd do many other walks with her
I took a tour of Rota Salares and it was very tasty. The guide and driver were attentive, bringing explanations about the region, very well prepared. We had breakfast in front of the Licancabur, very pleasant experience with beautiful look, tasty food and the will.
Amazing trip with Antonella, Constanza and the driver Francisco! We saw unparalleled landscapes, flamingos, vicuñas, viscacha, we had an excellent breakfast and lunch. Antonella is very excited, left the trip sensational. You know a lot!
I especially liked Brenno's way of introducing himself and involving us, asking where we came from. He speaks Brazilian, Portuguese, Spanish and English. He showed us the most interesting viewpoints--breathtaking scenery. 2400 meters at almost 5000 meters. The tour was rounded off with appropriate music, delicious breakfast and lunch. Even a kl. Flowers were not missing. THANK YOU
We took the family trip along the Salares Route and it was an amazing experience! The guide Brenno was extremely attentive, explained everything with rich detail and made the tour even more special. The landscapes are stunning, and the van was very comfortable, ensuring a quiet ride.
I loved it!!!! Wonderful place to meet. I did divine tours and the Rota dos Salares with the guide Camila q was very wise and attentive. And with the driver Nelson, who was also very attentive and calm in the direction. Super recommend!
I would like to leave a special compliment to our guide Camila and the driver Nelson for the incredible experience. Camila, with his impeccable knowledge and dedication, made every place visited gained an even deeper meaning, always attentive and willing to answer all doubts. Nelson, with his safe and attentive driving, made sure our journey was comfortable and peaceful. Together, they made our day a true cultural and natural immersion. Thank you very much for all care and attention from both
I had a super great trip with Daniela as a guide! She speaks very good English and explained everything very precisely. She knows exactly where animals live and how to lure them out of their hiding places to take pictures of them. Daniela has a very open and cheerful manner, which made the tour even more fun and beautiful. At the end she took some great pictures of the group.
I loved the walk we took along the salary route. Our guide was Dani, she is mt attentive and explains everything!! Our driver was also great, I can't remember his name, but I was very happy with the ride.
I did the tour route of the solares Very good, fluent Guide in Portuguese and Spanish, and top food the lunch and coffee wonderful!!!
We made the tour to the Rota dos Salares with the Horizonte and it was all perfect, from transportation, punctuality, breakfast and lunch! I want to highlight the differentiated care of the Guide DANIELA. Speak Portuguese, English and Spanish! Super attentive and committed! We had a real geography and history lesson given by her! It was too worth the ride!
