We did four tours with Pukarumi, all of them were well organised. Communication was smooth and efficient, and all of our guides are knowledgeable and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

I would give Pukarumi travel group 6 stars if I could. The whole tour group has gone above and beyond to ensure our trip was memorable and we would make it to our scheduled flight in time. The tour guides were engaging and knowledgeable, food provided was delicious and tour groups were small.

Tour guides are well coordinated, very knowledgeable of the Chilean ecosystems. The guides are friendly, multilingual, & good at taking photos. They also give you a glimpse into the indigenous cultural beliefs, which I genuinely appreciated. I think they nailed down the time spent in each location. At first, I thought oh this is too short, but then the wind and sand hits you and your like oh yeah Franseca is right, 28 min is actually long enough. I also appreciate the bathroom breaks and the what to bring advice. There is so much to see, I was glad to have a trusted team available.so I could sit back, relax, not think about out and just be present and enjoy my surroundings

We did the 3 day tour in San Pedro de Atacama with the team at Pukarumi. Every activity was well organised and we received timely updates about the itinerary and what to bring. The guides and drivers were excellent and provided an attentive and personal service. We did 3 tours with Andres and one with Ana. Both were very knowledgeable and explained the tour and the history, geology and details of the respective sites. The food and drink at our rest stops was incredible and was prepared by our guides and drivers. We could not have asked for more and will certainly use Pukarumi when we return to the Atacama. What a wonderful experience.

The organisation & communication could not have been better. Ensure you have WhatsApp set up before you go & you are kept up to date before & during your tours. Friendly guides & saw some stunning sights. Offered alternatives, re-organisation, or refunds when affected by weather. Excellent. Food & drink lovely too.

The desert landscapes are breathtaking and unlike anything you can see in Japan—a must-visit destination. I was particularly impressed by the seamless local operations, from the airport transfers to the hotel pick-ups, which made the trip stress-free. The tour staff and fellow travelers were all wonderful, making for a truly high-quality experience. Although it is a long journey to get here, the beauty of the place makes me certain I want to return someday.

Easy booking experience, friendly and helpful staff. We debated driving ourselves but were glad we did these tours instead. Food was really good, we particularly enjoyed breakfast!

Did several tours through this Agency while in San Pedro de Atacama - geysers, astronomy tour, swimming in salt lagoons and hiking and sunset in the desert. Everything was seamless, pick ups, great communication by agency and tour guides, who were very knowledgeable and managed well descriptions in not Spanish and English. They even arranged pick up and drop off at/to the Calama airport. Great job guys, I will have great memories from this trip.

Well organized 3 day tour of main attractions around San Pedro de Atacama. Excellent communication via WhatsApp prior to each tour, with live notifications of hotel pick up times. Guides were great, most speaking very good English. Victoria and Francisco, in particular, were wonderful and very funny. Valle de La Luna was the highlight, although swimming in the salt flats pools was wonderful too. Good food and snacks provided during most of the tours. Pukarumi has 3 branches in San Pedro de Atacama, making it easy to pop in and ask questions in person. Open till late. Only irritation was paying extra for entrance fees to various attractions with cash usually, in advance.

This was our first time in San Pedro de Atacama and decided to book the 3-day tour with Pukarumi travels. It was one of the best group tours I’ve taken. Jordan was our driver all 3 days and we loved him and also loved his guacamole !!! All the tours were well organised and the spread they put out for breakfast and lunch was top tier!! Highly recommend booking tours through them !!!

We did a tour with my wife on Jan 2026. Overall organisation was great, we were picked up from the hotel all days, food was well prepared, also we learned a lot about the Atacama desert. Can only recommend the tour.

The tours were well organised and enjoable. The tour leaders were all knowledgeable, helpful and well organised My only criticism is the initial administration of my booking which was confused and when I wrote to them to confirm my booking, I got no reply and had to visit their office in person to reassure me about my booking and the arrangements for the tour. In all other respects, my feedback would be very positive

Overall the 3-day experience was filled with great sights. Unfortunately the price for the excursions is GROSSLY overpriced. For 2 people we paid around $950 CAD on Viator which didn’t even include any of the entrance fees which were another $110 CAD total. I truly feel that this was nowhere near worthwhile when I compare the price paid vs the outings. I would strongly recommend these sites but utilizing a different approach as this one is way too costly.

George was our tour guide for three days in San Pedro de Atacama and was absolutely phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable of the geographic area and always made sure my group and I were having fun. One of the best tours and tour guides ever!

George is truly the best tour guide! He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and has great stories to tell. We traveled with a group of 10 college students, and he managed to keep up with our chaos. Everything about this tour is well organized and every day outdid the previous one. I had 3 days tour in San Pedro de Atacana. Pukarumi Travels provided us very good service and excellent staff. The guides Francisco,Ana Paula ,Francisca are very prepared and the drivers are skilled. And the food -breakfast ,lunch and snacks were tasty

We booked all our Atacama excursions with the company Pukarumi, and I can say with absolute certainty — they are the best! In Valle de la Luna, our guide was Lorena. She managed to show us all the spots in such an order that there were hardly any people around — it was magical. We went to Piedras Rojas with Franco, and he was a very reliable guide. At 4,200 meters altitude, we learned so many new things from him! But the guide who stood out to me the most was Francisco. We did two tours with him, including the Tatio Geysers. We constantly felt his care and attention — he made sure we didn’t walk too fast and shared so many fascinating stories. You could truly feel how much he loves this place and how eager he was to share that love with our group. It was also a real pleasure to enjoy tasty, hot meals on every tour. A special shout-out to our driver Andreas — and the amazing omelet he makes! I’m leaving the Atacama with love in my heart, thanks to this company.

I did multiple tours in a span of 4 days, sometimes 2 per day and they were all incredible!! Definitely got what was promised and more. I recommend booking with them directly, I arrived in San Pedro de Atacama and went to their office where Pablo set me up with all the details. They offer English, Spanish and Portuguese in the office as well as on tours, also they might even give you a discount. Pablo was available for me via Whatsapp with concerns and questions even after booking and we worked everything out perfectly. A great surprise was the food they offer on certain tours, it is amazing and much better and diverse than expected!! The only little complaint I would like to bring forth is that certain things seem a bit overpriced, like the shuttle to Termas de Puritama. Comparing prices might be a good idea if you have the time and nerve to do it!

This was easily the best excursions I have ever done. The tour guides (Francisco and Rodolfo) and the drivers were magnificent. Pukarumi were flawless in their running of each tour. Even the basic things like the food provided, was delicious. Every tour was punctual and informative. I often felt we were ahead of the game compared to other tours in terms of having the best views and having time and space to explore. It’s a busy three days, but an absolutely unforgettable experience that my fiancé and I will never forget. Highly recommend!!

We had high expectations coming to Atacama and the Puka Rumi team with Francisco as our tour guide for 3 out of the 4 tours we did, managed to surpass them. The team was very professional with everything from communication to daily pickups but the stand out in our view was Francisco our multi lingual tour guide who beamed of passion for his job, in-depth knowledge of our tours and was just a bundle of fun all the way. A chef in his former life, he made us the best guacamole for our after tour refreshment. Can’t recommend him enough! Also big thank you to the drivers, admin staff and others that made our stay memorable.

We were very satisfied with the company. Always punctual, wonderful guides and very good food. I wanted to highlight the guide Soraya for her spectacular knowledge, Leo Congregrado for the photos and also the guide Juan for his hospitality.

The company leaves nothing to be desired, all the guides are extremely professional, especially Isadora, we went to Geyser El Tatio with her and Pablo as guides, my wife fainted due to altitude, she acted promptly, she had all the necessary first aid material and in a few seconds made my wife recover. Thank you very much to the guide Isis, Pablo, and the driver of the day who was a novice but also helped a lot in the situation, I don't remember his name, the tour was on 10/17/26. The guides Felipe and Cris are also sensational.

I really liked the experience, the tours were great, but Muchaca is the most beautiful and Guide Brandon on this tour was patient and very caring with us. The astronomical event was beautiful, but the food was little; there were 34 of us and the snack was calculated for 12. Overall the company is good and the food excellent on other trips. And do the Talabre tour!

I had unforgettable moments in Atacama, and choosing Pukarumi made all the difference. I did the tours Astronomical Tour, Rainbow Valley, Moon Valley, Piedras Rojas, Tatio Geysers, and Hidden Lagoons of Baltinache, and also arranged the round-trip transfer from Calama airport with them. From the first service to the last (when due to flight problems I had to change the transfer time several times) I had all the attention of the team. The drivers and guides Aslye, Isidora, and Cristopher were wonderful, always very punctual for the pickup time for the tours, great explanations of every important moment of the visited place, besides being great photographers too hahahaa The breakfasts, lunches, and snacks were also always very tasty, always respecting our dietary restriction (vegan) mentioned from the first contact. It couldn't have been a better experience. I will certainly recommend Pukarumi whenever I can.

Places you would never normally go. It's a unique experience. The altitude of 4,000 meters does not exist in Japan. It was my first time to experience it! Encounters with animals such as geysers and vicuñas. The train windows are beautiful and I can't get enough of them.

I spent 6 days in San Pedro with my wife and we did all the tours with Pukarumi. It was an amazing experience, we have nothing to complain about, just compliments. The guides are very complete and friendly, we can't even say which one is our favorite (thank you Felipe, Soraya, Isi and Brandon). Equally irretrievable was the service of the drivers (Clodo, Geraldo, David and Patricio). On the astronomical tour we were delighted with Eli’s Spanish and English explanation, as well as the photos of Patricios. In addition, we had a problem with our card when arriving in Chile, and, employees Mariana, Mayra and Ciro helped us solve. (Ja was all paid and still worried about us) We recommend everyone, compared with the services of other companies or is superior or leaves nothing to be desired

We made our tours in San Pedro de Atacama with Purakami and had an excellent experience. The agency is extremely organized and the guides are very prepared, punctual and attentive. You can see the care in every detail of the experience. The routes are very well planned and all the tours were amazing. We did the walks: Puritama Thermas, Cejar Laguna, Red Stones and Altiplanic Lagunas, Astronomical Tour, Vale de la Luna and Geysers el Tatio. A very special differential is the structure offered on the tours. On the end-of-day tours, they prepare very well-assembled cocktails in beautiful desert scenery. On the full-day tours, the breakfast and lunch are excellent, and on the part-time there is always breakfast or cocktail included, all prepared with a lot of capricho.

Great tours, well organized, nice guides. However, you have to bring a certain amount of flexibility, partly the tours have been rebooked or cancelled due to the weather (you always get notification on WhatsApp beforehand). However, I would generally book the tours on site, if you are on site, the tours cost a third of the price of e.g. GetYourGuide

Everything very well organized and the guides and drivers noticeable know a lot and are super helpful. My dad got sick for 1 day and Jenni had the flexibility to postpone the Tatio for one day. Special mention to guide Francisco and driver Aldo. Maybe the pack was more expensive than being looking agency by agency in town but we saved time and the agency is very serious

We closed the tour to Uyuni with the company Pukarumi, being informed that the service would be carried out by a Bolivian outsourced company. The contract was signed and we made the payment of 50% of the requested amount. A few weeks before the trip, we were surprised by the information of a re-adjustment of about 40%, and the payment of this additional amount was required. However, when we started the tour, we found that none of the other 10 people in the group had paid any extra amount. If this re-adjustment had been passed on to the Bolivian company, as informed, it makes no sense that only we have been charged. This is an unethical attitude, with different price charging for the same service. When we questioned the company, we were treated with an ironic and unacceptable tone, which made the situation even worse. Also, I have dietary restriction, item that was disclosed as served in the package. We inform this condition at the time of purchase and subsequently personally in San Pedro do Atacama, reinforcing the order. The attendant, who demonstrated total unpreparedness and unknowledge of the basic information of the service, claimed that the restriction was not registered, but guaranteed that he would make the observation. However, throughout the journey, no driver or accommodation was aware of the dietary restriction, and there was no suitable option for me. I was not the only one dissatisfied: other participants also complained about the food, both for the poor quality and the insufficient quantity. The accommodations were terrible, with no minimum comfort conditions. There was no hot shower, even with extremely low temperatures in Bolivia, and the beds were very bad. We stayed two days without getting a bath, which is unacceptable for a walk of this size. In general, the experience was marked by lack of transparency, unpreparedness, disorganization and disrespect for consumers. I do not recommend the company.

The Atacama is a surreal place of beautiful and travel with the Pukarumi left the excellent experience. The process of selling and organizing the tours, with Ximena, gave us security from the first contact. The guides (João, Soraya, Franco and Chris) were very attentive and you can see that they like what they do. The snacks and snacks are thought out with care and very tasty. The organization of each tour works very well and the after sales service and support also works very well. Due to bad weather we had to change the day of the astronomical tour and Pukarumi took care of everything to make the experience unforgettable (they do not make tours in unfavorable conditions). I indicate the agency without a doubt.
