Great stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you could need including filtered water. We didn’t eat in the main restaurant but the bar food was good. Breakfast was good - there is an option to have a breakfast bag if you are leaving early. As others have mentioned, the pool area looks a little tired but it didn’t affect our stay - the staff keep the pools clean through the day. We had lovely massages arranged by the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service into town worked well.
Great stay! The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but it has a stunning infrastructure, plus a free shuttle service to downtown. The rooms are spacious, cozy, beautifully decorated and heated. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. It was tasty, but I expected a bit more variety for a 5-star hotel. It would also be helpful if the items on the breakfast buffet were labeled, as we often had to ask what they were. Other than that, everything was perfect!
Very excellent service and staff. Food and restaurant was excellent, servers were attentive and accommodating. Hotel staff assisted with our complex schedule promptly and efficiently. Beautiful and comfortable place and absolutely worth going to. Manager came out to check in with us to see if there was anything else that would improve our stay. No sand anywhere in the rooms, which is remarkable for being in the desert.
Wonderful stay. This was the end of a 3 month trip in South America for me so I wanted 5 nights to relax before coming home. I had also promised my mum (with me for the last month) some relax time. Hotel is very beautiful in the desert - lovely rooms with comfy beds. Showers were warm enough but didn’t get hot hot, good pressure though. Used both the inside and outside showers. Pool area was delightful - we spent all day there between the sauna, the pools, having a massage, reading by the pool. Clean, comfortable.
We initially had full board but I changed that for the last two nights because there were several meals that were not available each night and I have a seafood allergy which reduced the options for me. They were prompt in making the alteration without question.
We stayed for 2 nights. The most impressive guys are bartender (Matty) and the senior staff at the restaurant during our dinner. Rest of the staffs were unhelpful, and we were not impressed.
Overall hotel atmosphere is good, clean and nice vibe. But food were super slow, staffs were busy all the time but nothing gets done. Location is far from the downtown, not walkable, so you need a car. They have pick-up service but they never explain to us.
