Transportation Between Bajio Airport And Guanajuato Capital

There seemed to have been some confusion. We waited for over an hour before finding the driver, when we we originally told he would be awaiting our flight with our name on a card.

Never got picked up. Driver never answered phone. 2 different agents told me 2 different stories DONT DOT USE THE COMPANY

Fabricio was awesome. Great communication to make meeting at the airport flawless. Very safe driver who also gave us a lot of useful & interesting information about Guanajuato. As a bonus he returned our lost sweater to the hotel after we left it in the car accidentally. All around top notch service!

Fabricio was amazing! We felt safe and he was super patient with us. We like the fact that he would explain the history as we drove past very important monuments and buildings.

Very friendly and drove very well. I felt very comfortable with my driver Ivan. He was on time and suggested some places I might visit. This was my first time using this service and it was great.

Never got picked up reached out but was not able to communicate with anyone due to how early it was. Had to find another way to airport to not miss my flight.

Our transfer was excellent. Great communication with our driver Fabrisio; Our meeting point and what he was wearing so we could easily identify him. Would highly recommend. He also provided us with some good touristy information.

Many bad Viator transport providers> Airport pick up and drop off service. Paid 100% in advance. Booked well in advance. Sent 5 detailed emails showing the hotel's location and pick-up door in the days leading up to the flight. Sent directions for the driver that were never passed on to him or her, Just my cell number was shared. I sent my mobile #, email, and the hotel phone # and email. Tried the morning of departure to call Viators and TEBJS the transfer service - no answer, no callback. Had the hotel call several times and they had no luck. Half an hour after the pickup time I flagged a cab down in the street, paid an exorbitant fare and just made my flight with help from airline personal at the check-in Viator charges a premium and appears to do know due dilligence. In the end, I got an email 45 minutes later telling me they could not provide the service. After several emails describing the mess they refunded me for the service they never provided but never compensated me for the additional costs I incurred, Being stranded and being ignored in a foreign city is not worth the risks of trusting Viator.

We truly enjoyed our trip to Guanajuato. The first person to greet us and give us the first impression of how our trip was going to be was Fabricio, our driver. He was extremely polite, friendly and very welcoming. We didn't have to wait for him. He was waiting for us inside the airport. The ride from BJX airport to our hotel in Guanajuato was very enjoyable. He gave us recommendations on things to do during our trip. Great service at an affordable price. Thanks to him, we had a great trip.

Patricio was excellent. His command of English is great, and he was incredibly helpful. We would recommend him again with no hesitation.

Our driver, Daniel, showed up on time and literally went the extra mile for us. The road to our pickup spot was closed, but he parked the car as close as he could and walked and found us.

Did not notify us of "car trouble" until they were almost an hour late. Ended up taking other transport.

We were waiting at the time we told them to pick up us up and then waited 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes and called to figure out what the issue was. The person never received our booking and had no idea people were waiting at the airport. He said he’d call someone and 30 minutes later a very nice guy showed op and brought us to our hotel. The driver was great! But it stunk that we got in late and then instead of being picked up on time we didn’t get picked up for an entire hour after our appointed time. Mayve there would be better luck if this is booked in advance and not the day of.. but to show up in a city and not get picked up for a full hour after our time stunk.

Daniel was also the driver to take us back to the airport. He arrived early for pick up time and made sure we were on-time for our flight. I definitely recommend this service. They are others out there super pricey- this one is at a reasonable price.

Omar arrived on time, helped us with our bags, was a great driver and a friendly person! He got us from the airport to our hotel with no issues! He even had to wait a bit longer than expected due to a long customs line.

Our driver was fantastic. He called our hotel and had someone from the hotel come meet us and walk us to our hotel in Guanajuato.

Long story short. Do not recommend. Driver was 30 min late picking us up from airport. Then on our way back he was 20 minutes late before we decided to take a Taxi.

We arrived at 7pm from California. Our driver Mario waited until we cleared customs then got us to our hotel in 40 minutes.

Excellent communication. I was given identifying info to ensure I was picked up by the official driver. Traveling alone and being dependent on transportation being there was somewhat anxiety provoking. I will book with confidence based on my experience

Our pick up service was on time. Driver (Mario aka Pollo) had a sign and was easy to find. Nice new car, made us feel safe to get on. Great music, great driving. Safe trip to our hotel. He also drop off at the airport once our vacation was over. Made us feel safe on the road with his great driving skills in his nice car. Totally recommendable. Great company!
