Transfer Between San Miguel De Allende And Bjx Airport

The driver communicated to me, tracked the flight and arranged to meet me at the prescribed location. Overall the experience was exceptional...as was the driver, after a very long travel day.

My sisters and I had an frustrating experience with Viator regarding customer service on a recent trip in San Miguel de Allende. We booked transport from San Miguel de Allende to Leon on the day of our departure. The original pick up time was as 10:30. Our flights changed during our travels in Mexico. I messaged the tour operator and no response. Messaged again in Spanish no response. Knowing we needed a change to our pickup time and not receiving any response I contacted Viator customer service. They shared we had to communicate specifically with the tour operator. We waited 2 days with 2 more messages in English and Spanish and still no reply. In order to be guaranteed a pick we called again and asked what next steps could we take. They said they would communicate with the operator. They didnt get a replay. We had to book with another company as a result to guarantee a safe and reliable transport to get back home. The day prior to heading home we contacted customer service to ask for a refund and they said NO. I'm frustrated and completely dissatisfied that I spent time on my vacation doing a job I've already paid for. What's more discouraging is I've used Viator in the past for excursions on my travels. They didnt provide the service we paid for, they didnt provide resolution. This is just bad business.

Our driver was right on time and kept in touch with me starting with the day before our trip to the airport

We requested a ride from our hotel to the airport and the driver never showed up. Called the contact number and no one answered. Sent messages through the chat function and no response. I do not recommend this service and I am in the process of getting a refund.

I booked a private sedan transfer from the airport to San Miguel. I was picked up late. The driver kept texting that he was coming but he must have been far away.The driver finally arrived in a van full of other passengers. We traveled in the van offsite from the airport to a parking lot 20 minutes away to retrieve the driver’s car. The backseat was small and uncomfortable for 2 hour ride to San Miguel

Worst experience ever… This is a trip advisor company so you’d think it would be a good service. I setup a ride from San Miguel to the airport. Driver never showed up or answered calls. The only option we have is to call the driver but didn’t matter. I ended up taking an Uber for 1.5 hours and it was cheaper.

Daniel was a great driver. Nice, clean car. Quick trip. Picked up on time and delivered safely to the airport.

Daniel was very prompt, courteous and professional. Our ride was absolutely wonderful. You have to remember you are driving through where people live and there needs to be some way of knowing how much we have.

Carlos was on time, friendly, and knowledgable, sharing information about local tourism on our ride to the airport. I will book him again for airport transportation or tours when I return.

since 2018, Letty and Sergio with Viajes San Miguel and Silver Wheels have made sure I got to visit dad every month and since he passed, twice a month. never a missed pick up, mechanical failure.

Driver didn't show up and we almost missed our plane. Operator only provided partial refund and I contacted viator to try to get the rest refunded. Haven't heard back from viator about the refund. Don't use this operator.

Driver was very nice and got us to the airport in a timely fashion, but the car left a bit to be desired. My rear seat belt was not accessible, driver did not even wear his, he stopped to get fuel while we were in the car instead of before pickup, there was a crack in the middle of the windshield that went all the way across, the brakes squeaked, and it was just overall not in the best state of repair. Pro was that his trunk was huge and fit all our luggage.

This was so easy and the car was very nice with air conditioning! Our Driver spoke english and was a wealth of knowledge about the area.

Driver never showed. I ended up late for my flight which cost me hundreds more dollars to book a hotel. Viator customer service tried to call the company and they weren’t even answering the phone call. Horrible horrible experience. If you want to miss your flight then book with them, they’ll be a guaranteed no show.

Driver Omar was prompt, courteous annd honest. He got us to the airport with more than enough time from San Miguel de Allende. My wife accidentally left her AirPods in the car and the driver was even nice enough to turn around and drive 20mins back to us to return them. Could not thank him enough!

We are American citizens, and traveled to San Miguel de Allende and were looking for a transportation service from the airport to the city. Granted we used violator for our trip, and this company was completely unprofessional from the start. When we finally got things settled and were picked up from the airport, it was a random car with a random young man in it. When we asked him who he was, he claimed he was with this company and was a friend helping out. I was absolutely mortified, thinking that we were being kidnapped. I had no way of knowing who the kid was. Eventually, we got to the hotel, and on our return we were randomly canceled. I have advised by Viator to remove this company, but I would like for you guys to know to not use them as well. They are unprofessional and scary as far as I’m concerned

Our driver was promptly arrested just outside the airport for driving without the proper authorization. We had an escort back to the airport where we paid a second time for a ride to San Miguel. Some sort of verification needs to happen with your companies you partner with.

Car was on time, driver spoke excellent English and gave us interesting background information on all of the sites we passed on our ride. Very enjoyable.

Javier was efficient and kind. He was there with a sign waiting for us in the lobby . Was a wonderful experience. The suv was clean and comfortable.

Driver took us through some rough neighborhoods and when I asked where was he taking us he said to airport but that this was a different route and laughed.

The driver did not show up and I had to call an Uber. I will never book anything through TripAdvisor

Fabrizio was absolutely wonderful! Our House in SMA is tricky to find, I was nervous he wouldn't find us or be late. Fabrizio was right on time, helpful, and so kind. A wonderful conversation to the airport, a 1 1/2 hr drive. Arrived right on time. Would recommend to anyone!

The Driver was prompt and got us to the airport in the required time. I'd use it/him again. good discussions during the one hour plus drive.

Our experience with this company was average compared to other we have taken in the past. There is no clear communication from the company prior to the day of arrival. They finally mentioned that the driver would be at the Airport Lobby with a sign with our name but we arrived and the driver was nowhere to be found. We waited about 20 minutes when he arrived and had us looking for him in the parking lot again with no clear instruction. Look for better deal and experience.

Last month I had roundtrip transfer from Leon airport to my hotel in San Miguel de Allende and then back to Airport. I can't say enough good things. Both drivers were there promptly at scheduled time waiting for me. The drive is about 90 minutes through beautiful Mexican landscape. I had wonderful chats with both guys (I am apologize for not remembering name of my first driver! He was great!) Fabrizio was my return trip and same, he made the ride enjoyable. They were both excellent drivers and we talked about many things. They shared so much of their area's history and points of interest, it made me even more enthusiastic about my visit and Mexico in general. I would highly recommend to anyone and will use next time I come back (which I will) :-)

We had a wonderful experience . Our driver was very professional and friendly. Our flight was delayed and when we called them to let them know they assured us that they would not leave until we arrived . They waited Two extra hours for us to land .
