The building is beautiful with impressive masonry and intricate sky lights The central location is also very desirable However, there is visible mould and decay as soon as you enter the property As requested, we phoned ahead 25 minutes our arrival to let them know we would be requiring valet parking The centre of San Miguel De Allende is very compact and crowded The valet guy did now show up and there was nowhere for us to park or stop so unfortunately we had to make 3 stressful laps around the block while we waited for him to arrive 15 minutes late Neither he or the receptionist apologised for this The WiFi doesn't work The TV doesn't work The breakfast isn't fully included, just juices, fruit, coffee and bread. You have to pay for a proper plate

Horrible experience ever, we got to our hotel and they couldn’t find our hotel keys. The manager never came to speak to us, because it was outside his work schedule. Rooms were open and it seemed that someone was previously in the room.

Walking distance from down town. Love the plants all over the area. Quiet atmosphere, rooms need improvement but they should keep the layers of the structure

The location and price point is excellent, however there were freezing cold showers, even after requesting to have them fixed and the rooms really need some TLC. Very weak wifi. Spring for a nightstand on both sides of the bed basic amenities like a coffee station. Also, while this is not their fault there is a nightclub nearby that is extremely loud on weekends- this should be brought to your attention before booking.
