We deeply appreciate the attentiveness, professionalism, and care the Casa 1810 team showed us from the very moment we made reservations until our departure. They answered countless questions and exceeded our expectations with a level of service that helped make our dreams a reality. We also very much appreciated Diana, who took care of us during breakfast most mornings. Christopher, the Front Desk Supervisor, was also exceptional. Friendly, engaging, and responsive. All in all, the team there helped make our first visit to San Miguel very memorable.

Wonderful experience and would stay here again! Conveniently located in the center of Old Town and a block away from el Jardin. So many bars, restaurants and shops to explore in the surrounding area. However, rooftop restaurant at 1810 is fabulous with it's view of the city and St Michael's - was a magical experience for us on our first night. Food and service were outstanding. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly and made an effort to call us by our name while we were there. Room was quiet (we had Room 101). It had a large bathroom, shower and plenty of towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo and lotion. Bed was a king size and was very comfortable - felt like home -- and the pillows were a delight. Room had a writing desk, coffee service and seating area in front of a TV mounted over a fireplace. Staff was very accommodating when we had to ask for a bit of a late check out (about one hour later) even though we left on Friday and it was a busy weekend for them. Hotel provided car service that picked us up at the BJX airport in Silao which was great -- less headaches than taking a taxi for an 1-1/2 hour drive. Breakfast was included with our stay and was a delight - large selection of made-to-order entrees and great French-press coffee. Very attentive service! Bell service was great; met us about a half-block from the hotel (since the hotel is on a walking street) and carried our bags to our room when we checked in; did the reverse when we checked out.
The Hotel is beautiful and well located. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is visually stunning and the bar more than adequate. There is also a rooftop bar and dining experience which is very nice. The area has indoor and outdoor seating. Go and enjoy for yourself. The sister hotel and restaurant are very good too.
This hotel was such a great find in San Miguel de Allende. The location couldn’t have been better—I was able to walk everywhere, which made the whole trip feel easy and relaxed. The front desk concierge team truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly and gave some of the best recommendations I received during my stay. They also took care of my airport transfers, which made everything seamless from start to finish. My room was large, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I loved the little nightly touch of sweet treats—it was such a thoughtful detail. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I would absolutely stay here again.
I have been to this property I think 4 times and the sister property (Parque) once. It is located on a no car zone which is awesome and the staff will meet you at the end of the street to help with luggage. The communication is always excellent. Exceptionally clean, great beds and great bathrooms! The reason I keep returning is because it is so impeccable on all levels. This old world hotel just has that special ambiance that makes me feel at home. The rooms include a great breakfast with multiple choices and although I haven't eaten dinner here I wouldn't hesitate to think the quality is great. They have tapas and a custom distilled vermouth that is awesome! Also a tequila cellar! BUT..the most important part of any stay is the service right? Well..this is the #1 reason I return! Christopher (amazing) Susana and Diane deserve special recognition. On one occasion I wasn't even staying at the hotel and needed some kind of a recommendation so I dropped in to ask for advice. Susana greeted me and assisted me despite not being a guest! The morning I had to leave it was before breakfast hour BUT Diane prepared me some fruit and cottage cheese as well as coffee for my trip by bus! Yes..that is the kind of service I appreciate! The staff is such a highlight to this establishment Muchas GRACIAS para todo! I don't take photos as a rule so look on their website!
