At first it was intimidating, but after a couple of times you get out of your head and enjoy the experience. I loved it and the guides were awesome. Awesome ride.

It was so fun! One of the ziplines you have to climb up some stairs but it was fine. Our guides Caleb Torres and Emiliany Santiago were the absolute best! My partner and I will definitely come again hoping they’re our guides again!
Best experience ever! The Staff was amazing, well organized. They all speak English very well, Place and area was clean, and the Store are where they sell souvenirs super nice , LOVE IT!
My sisters and I came for a girls trip & celebrate my birthday. We had the best time and our guides (Coralis and Kennion) were really chill and professional! Their helpers Louis and Fabian were also really cool! Gave us such a great experience! Isaac in the kitchen made us great food too! Appreciate everyone that helped make this experience a great one!
My review is actually a 4.9 only because the path to the last zipline is AWFUL. The steps were steep, skinny, and wobbly. Other than that, the views were absolutely amazing. I felt safe the entire time, the guides were very kind and informative. If you had a question, even if they already said it, they had no problems repeating themselves. I would highly recommend doing this, but just be cautious of the path between the 6th & 7th ziplines. Other than that, the money is WELL worth it !
Really nice views all the way! Guide will walk you through everything.
Was a great experience!! It was a ton of fun. I will say they need to say they need to say in the brochure that there’s a walk up a cliff on the last zip line. Lol
Whew!!! This was supposed to be a great experience and it was until it wasn't......The zipline tour itself was great beautiful views and I felt safe and secure during the process.....the biggest downfall to this site is that its an hour plus from San Juan so if your not local you will need a rental to get here, lyft/uber will get you THERE ONLY!!! Once u get there they have staff/security guard that will offer you a ride back to San Juan almost INSTANTLY upon you exiting the vehicle.....now granted the lyft back was $150+ to get back wen it was only $55 to get there.....we were charged by a security guard $80 to get back to San Juan....he became aggressive and threatened us wen we questioned why so high of a cost when it was a shared ride with others....they collected $80 from 3 separate groups of travelers trying to get back to San Juan. I really hate that was how my day ended because I had a great time doing the activity. I would suggest looking for a different place that offers transportation to/from if u are choosing to not get a rental.
Bring water close those shoes open mind because you’re gonna have a blast my wife and I are both 61 ready to be 62. We did it totally amazed, but we did it.
All the tour guide were great and friendly. This was my first outdoor excursion in Puerto Rico and they were one of the examples of how nice everyone is. I went on 8 ziplines, I am unsure if the had names. I didn’t have it, bit I recommend getting the helmet with the camera on it since your hands have to be on the handle bars at all times. Our main tour guide was Manny.
The best ever I forgot their names but at first I was scared but they helped me get over that and so it
Fun thrilling come with closed toe shoes or water shoes or you will need to purchase one from the vendor
Loved it! Will do it again when I come back in the future! The next time I come I will do the monster zip line!
Had a great time and staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel comfortable at all times. An amazing experience
This was our first time zip lining, and it was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend we did seven lines and they were pretty high and pretty fast. We would definitely go again.
Similar zip lines, nothing special, not worth the drive from San Juan. Although we did not do the Beast or Monster. Our group had done zip lines in Costa Rica, North Carolina and Hawaii, which were better in our opinion. Great looking facility, staff well trained and safe. Except for one vertical hike, it was an easy walk from one zipline to another. Views were beautiful.
Staff was friendly and professional. The main zipline course consisted of nice high/long lines, and the 'hike' part was not difficult at all (not at all rushed and not very strenuous). El Monstruo was fun and you are really paying for two zip lines with that, since you have to take one back (cool stream views). Restaurant on the second floor had really excellent food (steak was awesome)! Fun, full-day adventure.
We had a great time at Toroverde. The staff were amazing and the views were stunning. We felt safe all the time and the staff were well prepared to assist us if we needed it. They also were always making sure we felt comfortable.
First time doing the zipline tour and it was such a great experience! We booked the 2pm tour on May 16th and the tour guides Eddy and Angel were a pleasure to have as our guide. Their dynamic was better than what I expected they were very attentive, informative, and overall just a good time. I would 100% book again with them and recommend them. I can’t wait to visit the island again and book another tour with the toro verde crew!! Thank you for the experience and being able to cross yet another thing off my bucket list !! Eddy thanks for the laughs with your pranks (bolita) 😂 it was well worth the experience and her and Angel definitely made us feel so welcomed and comfortable!!
Loveddd our tour guy Seba!! Me & my friend felt very much comfortable we was leading the way with Seba dog (Charlita) it was a fun little hike and exploring with nature I will definitely give it a 10/10 Thank you again Seba can’t wait to come back Love all the way from New York City 🫶🏽
It was very fun and the staff was very helpful with the safety instructions and from platform to the other. Highly recommend going will most definitely comeback again 💯
’m extremely disappointed with my experience as a tourist. I had heard from multiple locals that this was an amazing place to go ziplining, so I was really looking forward to it. We arrived in Puerto Rico on Sunday, and on Monday I even called to ask how to schedule a tour. I was told it was too late for a couples tour that day, but I could book individual tours. Since we were tired from traveling, we decided to wait and go the next day instead. The next morning, we made the effort to get there early. The location was about an hour and 15 minutes away, so we paid $70 for an Uber to get there. When we arrived, we went to the gift shop and were told they were closed. The staff member said they don’t open until Thursday and that they are closed Sunday through Wednesday (except for cruise ship bookings on certain days). This made absolutely no sense, especially since I had just spoken to someone on Monday who gave no indication that they would be closed. To make things even more confusing, our Uber driver told us he had been there just a couple of weeks ago on a Tuesday, which directly contradicts the schedule we were given. The timeline they provided simply does not add up. My husband and I were celebrating his birthday, and this was supposed to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, we were left frustrated and confused. To make matters worse, we had to pay another $70 Uber just to get back, totaling $140 spent for absolutely nothing. Online maps consistently show this place as open, which is completely misleading. Staff even confirmed their schedule is limited and not accurately reflected online. This experience was very disappointing. If you’re a tourist planning to visit, be aware that the hours listed online may not be accurate. The business really needs to update their information to avoid situations like this.
loved it. Ed and Eddy were great! Had lots of fun! Recommend to those who aren’t afraid of heights as it can get intense.
What an awesome experience and the best staff! The cafe and restaurant were both great for a snack before and a meal after. Children 10, 13 & 16 had a blast and no complaints.
It was awesome. I just didn’t get my photo that I purchased that cost me $30 dollars. But it’s a great experience. I would recommend it for a group.
We visited as a family of four, and it was easily the highlight of our trip. The course takes you through some stunning sections of dense forest and right over the rivers—the perspective from up there is something you just can't get on the ground. A huge shoutout to the guide for the great experience. Myy wife, who was zip lining for the first time went from being a bit nervous at the start to absolutely loving it by the second line. Highlights: The Scenery: Sweeping views of the river and canopy. Safety: We felt completely secure the entire time. Family Friendly: Great for a group of four; we had plenty of time to cheer each other on.
The experience was amazing!!! Definitely recommended to do with friends or family. My kids 14yrs and 10yrs old enjoyed every minute. Dont forget to take your phones with you to record 😉 The climbing in between ziplines gets intense I wished they had water but other than that it was amazing!!!
Great tour guides. 50 percent of the tour is doing zip lines and the other 50 waiting in the queue for your turn. So take that into consideration when hearing about the 2 hour tour
Had an amazing time here. The staff was friendly and helpful. No lockers are located on site, so pack light if you don’t have a car. The staff can store your belongings behind the counter, but they're not secured. Additionally, the location is in the middle of PR in a non-tourist location. THERE ARE NO UBERS in the area for when you're done. If you didn’t pre-arrange a return Uber, they have a list of local taxi drivers who may or may not pick you up for unknown price. Staff recognized when some people seemed stranded and asked if assistance was required. I was fortunate to get the number of my UBER driver that morning, who drove the hour-plus out to pick me up again and drove back to San Juan. There is a restaurant located above that serves good food, drinks, and views. I would suggest getting there earlier, as the lines to check in might be long, and you want to get down to the area where they strap you into the harness first, so you're first in line. On some platforms, we waited 20 minutes while everyone ahead of us crossed. Most platforms are located next to one another. About three sites required some walking/hiking/ stair climbing. I saw families, young and old, do this. It is high, it is fast, and you're basically in/above a rainforest, bring a raincoat in case, or buy a plastic poncho. TIP. If you want to take your phone bring a fanny pack or pockets with zippers.
Memorable experience! Personally would like to thank Ashley, Claudia , Em , & Chris for such a great time! My man and I are planning to head back already for our next trip! :) we did the 7 zip lines, with those four great employees who lead us through with ease and jokes ! lol & we also did the beast which was great as well! Definitely a must do!
Really enjoyed the 7 Zipline tour! We had two grumpy teens that had to get up early following a late night bioluminescent swim and they complained all the way up to being fitted with our gear. Once they got to the first Zipline they were excited and enjoyed the next couple of hours with our crew…they made it easy and fun. The views are gorgeous 🤩. We didn’t have time to do all of the Ziplines at the park…you could easily spend a full day there. We had lunch in the restaurant and the food was some of the best we had during our vacation that week…get a table on the balcony and you can see San Juan and watch others on the Zipline as they go by.
This was a family favorite when we visited Puerto Rico! Our family of 5 ranging in size and age from 40 years old to 10 years old, 210 lbs to 75 lbs had a FANTASTIC experience! The guides were engaging and fun but serious about safety. The course itself was 6 zip lines and took about 2 hours. It was so much fun, and worth the small little hike at the very end to complete the final zip line. We can’t recommend this enough!
This is quite an operation they are running, with different courses and options. For the ziplining, the groups are very large and there is a lot of waiting and queuing. On the plus side, the 7 ziplines are very long and fast, and the scenery is beautiful. But the way the brake hits you when you arrive at the end is quite hard and unpleasant.
Unfortunately, this zipline experience was anything but an adventure. From the start, we had a 12:00 pm appointment and was told we would have to wait until 1:00 pm to go out until we pushed back and were put with the current group. Then, the guides were unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in the group they were guiding. There was very little communication—barely any explanation, encouragement, or interaction—which made the experience feel cold and impersonal. The zipline stopping system was also uncomfortable. Instead of a gradual slowdown, you hit a hard block, causing the gear to slam to a stop, and then a guide grabs you. It felt abrupt and jarring rather than smooth or enjoyable. Our group was quite large, which resulted in a lot of standing around and waiting between lines. This only added to the feeling that the operation was more focused on moving people through than providing a quality experience. Then there’s the climb to the final zipline. I’ll fully admit I’m not in the best shape, but this climb was brutal. It didnt have proper steps—just dirt “steps” reinforced with 1x6 boards. The “handrail” was essentially a zipline covered in plastic, which didn’t feel particularly safe or supportive. The only two bright spots of the entire experience were the owner, who was genuinely kind, and the beautiful drive to and from the location, which offered some truly lovely scenery. Overall, this experience fell far short of expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a fun, engaging, or well-guided zipline adventure.
So fun!! I’m a 55 year old woman who was terrified but loved the tour. Thank you for keeping me calm. And the food after was delicious.
Hey listen up everyone, This Is A Must Visit Adventure when in Puerto Rico. All day fun. All day adrenaline. Wanna give a Special Special Thanks to Angelica and Samuel.. Best tour guides ever.. 5, 10,20 STARS. If you're visiting Puerto Rico you absolutely must visit TORO VERDE

Special thanks!!! to Alexis and Emanuel that were our guides for most of the trip!...They were very active and had patience with all of us!!
G was amazing young lady and put our safety first! The adventure views were impeccable. I will highly recommend this excursion for a fit individual
The views of PR you get to experience on the zip line adventure were incredibly amazing. Angelica, in particular, stood out as the best zip line attendee that day. Her delightful personality shone through—a beautiful smile, engaging conversations, and a wealth of knowledge about the area and the zip line.
The best Zip Line ever, it’s the most scariest one I ever done and the longest one ever as well ❤️🇵🇷 I recommend anybody that comes to Puerto Rico to do this, it was amazing.
AMAZING!!! My tour guides were Angelica and Luis P. They were the sweetest. I would definitely come back and ask for them again they were so kind and made the experience 10x better!
I had a great experience, the guides were polite and helpful. They made you comfortable. Very reasuring staff. Had a blast
Little pricey but had a great time with my daughter. We enjoyed about 10 zip lines. We really had a blast.
Really fun afternoon. The line for the Monster was long so if you have family not doing it- they wait around for a while. The zipline tour was super cool. Long and fast ziplines. Kids have to be 100 pounds for the Monster or Beast. Our zipline guides were very helpful! The road there is very windy so be prepared if you get carsick.
We had the best time and the guides were awesome, Angel, Eric, Christopher and Francisco. The Monster was our favorite. The only thing was the seven zipline tour took a long time since we had a big group. Overall so fun!
No matter what part of the island you stay, make the drive here!! Driving up the rainforest mountain is amazing in its own! This was absolutely worth it! The staff was fun spirited and so friendly! I’ve been to PR 6x and never did the Zip lines! Until this year! I would do it every time we visit now! the full 7 zip lines and the monster! You can pay when you get there or book through this site! Booking through the site reserves your time slot I’d recommend the 9am or 11am to start the 7 zip lines!
Incredible experience in a breathtakingly beautiful location! Gabby and Manny talked us through what to expect and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe and having as much fun as possible! These smaller ziplines prepared us to do the Monster later, which was a once in a lifetime experience.
Christopher and Luis were great tour guides. They made sure we were safe and we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend the 7 zip line tour.
Took the the zip line tour with manny and Angel on my anniversary. Great experience! ……………………..absdrijtntrhdbsbssss
