Yunque Rainforest River Rope Swing With Waterslide And Beach Tour

Such an amazing experience. We traveled with a one year old and a three year old as well as grandparents. Yamile did an incredible job navigating our needs but still giving an incredible eco tour of the rainforest even did some swimming in the river! After our eco tour, she took us to a local food spot with tons of options as we ate looking at the ocean. All in all 5.5 hours of fun! Easy pick up and drop off. 100% recommend!!!

Our tour guide, Yamile Robles, was absolutely exceptional! She was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and incredibly accommodating to our group, which included a wide range of ages. She was so caring, patient, and genuinely made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Yamile truly went above and beyond to make our day special. We loved our day with Yamile!!! She was great at communicating with us before the trip for what we needed. She answered all of our questions, told us about some history and was amazing with our 9 and 4 year olds. The tour was so much fun! She helped us to do the waterslides and jumps safely, and importantly got us there before the big crowds came. The lunch and beach were great afterwards and all 4 of us had an amazing time! Yamille was the perfect tour guide! Van was roomy and air conditioning was great. She had cold water for everyone and was very friendly. Each stop we learned a lot and since we got there early sometimes we were the only ones at the swimming place. Small group it was just my family and 2 others. We passed by large crowded groups on our way through the rain forest and it made me grateful we went with yamille! Worth every penny had the best time.

Absolutely amazing experience! We loved our tour. Yamile is so knowledgeable and very welcoming. She was so fun to spend the day with. The water slides are tons of fun and the swimming area is beautiful. Rainforest stops are also truly special. I highly recommend this!!

My family of 5 really enjoyed our tour with Yamile! She is knowledgeable and provided us information on PR culture and the rainforest. She also was adaptive - listening to our feedback and then tweaking the tour slightly so we had a great experience. The van was clean and comfortable. This was a thrilling day in the rainforest! The forest and river are beautiful, and the natural waterslides and swimming were amazing. Yamile is THE BEST tour guide. She exemplifies what a great local tour operator should be: knowledgeable about the environment & culture, responsible, warm, kind and fun. She made everyone feel welcome, answered all of our questions, and showed us all the best of PR! She insisted on bringing an extra lifejacket (although all of us could swim) just in case. Unfortunately, she was correct as a gentleman in another group was floundering in the water and needed help. A guest on our tour helped keep him stay above water until Yamile could throw him the extra lifejacket she brought. Her foresight helped avert a potential crisis and showcased how well she guides. I highly recommend Yamile and Puerto Rico as a Local!

We had a wonderful experience exploring El Yunque with Yamile! She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much about Puerto Rico’s history, culture, and rainforest throughout the tour. We learned a lot while enjoying one of the island’s most beautiful natural treasures. She also took very professional pictures of our adventure - all included!! Amazing! The natural water slide was a highlight of the day—it was so much fun, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Yamile also recommended a fantastic local restaurant, La Parilla, where we enjoyed delicious, authentic Puerto Rican food to end our adventure. If you’re looking for a guide who is friendly, informative, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Puerto Rico, we highly recommend Yamile. This was an absolutely amazing tour. Yamile was our tour guide, and she just made the day. She was super informative about all things Puerto Rico and created an experience for my family enjoyable for all. We timed the waterslides to be when very few other people were there. The swimming hole was my favorite part with a high jump into a deep pool. What really made the tour wonderful was Yamile though. She made everyone feel comfortable and was engaging and I could not imagine a better tour guide for our experience. 10 out of 5!!

Jamila was amazing. Our kids just raved about our experience on the trip! We were a group of 4 adults + 4 kids (10,8,6,3). We were with another family with kids 6&8. Review from our 10 year old: she was friendly. She treated us like family. She wasn’t afraid to get wet with us. She knew all of the right places to step so no one got hurt. She maintained a great schedule- and was flexible. We always had the time we wanted at each place. She was a great photographer. She had helpful tips and knew the hidden/less visited areas! She was very accommodating- translated the lunch menu, encouraged the kids to play while waiting for the food. It didn’t feel like it was her job. It felt like she was showing what she loved to her family! Would 100000000000000000x recommend booking with her! We will book with her again when we come back!

Our family of 4 had such a great time with Yamile! She went out of her way to make sure we had a memorable experience. We initially planned on doing the river/cave tour, and went as far as going to the river site - but rainy weather made the river too dangerous and Yamile smartly called it off. I appreciated her putting safety first and not risking it, even though everyone was a little disappointed. Yamile ended up taking us on the rainforest/waterslide/rocksliding tour later in the week, which was a blast. My boys loved the waterslide and jumping off the rope swing (even my 7 year old, who is usually a little timid in such circumstances). We capped it off with a great time at the local beach, ate at a terrific local restaurant. Can't recommend this tour enough.

Yamile was amazing !! She was knowledgeable about everything- the history of Puerto Rico, the plants , the birds, the food - we all felt comfortable asking questions and she taught us a lot about the culture! Yamile and Puerto Rico As A Local is the Best! Period! The Yunque trip was my second tour with Yamile (Arenales River Caving was the other trip). Each time the group of friends and new-found-friends had a blast learning about and getting immersed in the riches of PR, it's lovely people, wonderful foods, incredible scenery, and spectacular diverse natural resources. We had so much fun as adults tapping into our inner kids exploring little known gems and then feasting on delicious local treats, while being led by thee best tour guide, Yamile. We already have plans to be back next year for the Utuado Canyon tour!

Yamile Robles was an outstanding tour guide/driver. She picked us at the port after our cruise and then drove my family, children and grandchildren (6 people in total) to El Yunque to go to the Observation Tower, the small waterfall and then take a short walk into the rainforest. She was enthusiastic and provided great information on the rainforest and on Puerto Rico (history, culture, cuisine). We then stopped for a lunch along the beach. She recommended an excellent restaurant. Yamile was fun and patient with two little kids, 5 and 3.

Spending the day with Yamile was incredible. Her kindness, knowledge, and passion made for a really enjoyable experience. She made us feel like her family the minute she picked us up. There were times I felt a little out of my comfort zone and she was nothing but supportive and encouraging, creating a safe and enjoyable experience. We did a cruise excursion with Yamile..we toured old san juan , went on an atv tour, did some sight seeing and stopped at a riverbank to swim..we had an amazing time..and now have a cousin in Puerto Rico..lol..ty Yamile for making our stop in Puerto Rico so memorable 😀 💗

By far one of the best tours we have ever done. Yamile was amazing!!! She definitely knows all the spots and makes you feel like a local. Yamile was very informative and super accommodating. We came in on a cruise and she picked us up right at the port. She had a lovely, roomy van, provided water and kept the ac running as it was good and hot in july. If you have a full day, book this tour. It was a lot of fun. The beach was beautiful and the waterslides were a cool experience. We have too cool for school teenagers and they kept saying over and over how much fun they were having. Yamile treated us like family and she was a delight to spend the day with. We will definitely be contacting her the next time we are in San Juan...and you should too.

Yet another amazing experience/tour with Yamile!! Our large group had a blast visiting the rainforest/Yunque, followed by some fun water activities including swimming and natural rock water slides. The rope jumping into the river was so much fun!! We ended the excursion with a great meal of local Puerto Rican food with a beautiful beach as a backdrop. Yamile was once again amazing!! She is super friendly , energetic and full of knowledge about her beautiful island. She kept us away from crowded areas so that we could better experience these beautiful places. This tour was awesome. My teenage children and parents all enjoyed the experience. There was plenty to enjoy if you didn't want to do the swing and slide. We actually took two yours from this company and both guides were amazing. Helpful with planning and what to bring for the day and a joy to be with during the tour. They were constantly making sure that everyone was having a great time and were very knowledgeable about culture and nature. It was a fabulous experience!

Excellent and amazing time with Yamile on the yunque tour! I planned a trip to PR for group of 10 friends. I’m from PR and wanted to make sure my friends had a full on experience of the wonders of PR but I also wanted to enjoy it as a participant. Yamile was exceptional. She took over right away and lead us to an amazing tour. This was our third tour with and she did not disappoint. At this point, she knew our groups likes and dislikes. She was very well organized and knew how to manage our big group. We got to see el yunque from other areas and truly enjoy jumping in waters and admiring nature. The ATV was a great addition. It was a great adventure. We had a blast. I highly recommend her and any of her tours!! We will be using her again for sure!

Yamile was great. Very knowledgeable. Tried to answer all our gringo questions with patience. One location was a bit crowded for rock sliding. But Yamile got there early and when it got. Crowded we left to another location.. the rainforest drive was fascinating. But it was after some flooding so road was being repaired. We went up to observation tower and took pictures.. a snall hike would've been nice. We wnet down to the beach to have lunch. Unfortunately a truck hit a utility pole and our desired restaurant lost power. So we wnt to another restaurant.. food was great. I enjoyed it. The second swimming location was amazing. We reach to this spring after a short hike it was very nice and easy hike.. the water was very clear and beautiful.. it got crowded quickly.. so we left. Overall great experience thanks

Yamile is the best!! She was our tour guide for the study abroad program I did. She took us to El Yunque rainforest where we went down a waterslide, swam, went to the observation tower, and I could tell she was very knowledgeable about everything! Extremely kind and friendly, highly recommend!!

Once again Yamile took us on a wonderful adventure. Loved the rainforest and waterslides. The lunch stop was amazing!! The food was more than you could eat and authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. The beach was a great place to walk off your lunch. I highly recommend this for a family with children. There were lots of activities for the adults as well as children. Yamile captured all the days activities and airdrops to your phone at the end of the day. Can’t wait to return next year and tour again with Yamile.

This was so much fun. The van was very comfortable and clean. We managed to miss most of the crowd and nothing was overly busy. Yamile was the best tour guide we have ever had. She made us feel like family and we had a great time!

Amazing excursion! This was my second tour with Yamile and I will continue to book all of my excursions through her. We spent the morning enjoying natural rock waterslides, and finished the afternoon taking a relaxing swim and jumping off rope swings! We did this tour withYamile and Enrique with a group of 17 people. All had different abilities and were all able to enjoy the refreshing cool waters and waterslides. Rock jumping and rope swing junping were new experiences for most of us and they did not disappoint!Yamile and Enrique are very knowledgeable of the area, answered all of our many many questions, and when this tour was over, we were all like family. I even got a quick Salsa lesson after lunch at the beach!!

Yamille was fabulous! We had a large group of 11 with a mix of adults and teenagers. We had her all to ourselves and she was great. Very knowledgeable and took us all around the forest and even went on the rope swing and rode the rock waterfall with a few us even though the water was faster than normal. We had a great time and want to explore the caves with her the next time we come back! We highly recommend!

Yamile was an awesome guide! She took us into the actual El Yunque forest and showed us multiple things not normally seen on these tours. She was very communicative and flexible on schedule since we had 2 little ones with use. Overall it was a fantastic tour and she really went out of her way to make sure we had a good time while providing a lot of interesting information about every place we went! Plus she took a ton of photos for us so we could just focus on having a good time. We will definitely be back again to do her other tours!

Yamile was so sweet and fun. The slides were so cool. She did a great job explaining how to make sure you don't get hurt on the rock slide, and it looks scary but it's actually very welcoming if you listen to Yamile's instructions. We were with one other family, but it felt like una familia with the vibe created by the camaraderie of everyone. Leave your mind open and you will have one of the best days of your lives with the adventure. Our little ones, Theo and Ellie (7&9) had a great time, had fun on the rope swing and did the smaller rock slide. They handled it very well. Almuerzo was very good at La Perilla! The beach was a nice little touch at the end, but the whole adventure was fuera de este mundo!!!!

We had a great time. Going to the river with the rope swing was one of the best experiences we’ve had on any of our vacations. It was beautiful and Yamile was awesome. I only wish we had time to do her cave tour. Any tour with her will be a great one!
