Very reliable and prompt service. Utilized this service to go from airport to air bnb and again from air bnb to cruise to port. We are a family of six with lots of luggage. The large van made transporting very quick and easy. We were greeted in the airport with a sign. Highly recommend this service!

We booked Puerto Rico shuttle service from the airport to the port. They met us at the baggage claim area and were professional and efficient with getting us to the port. Vehicle was clean and driver was helpful with our luggage. Reasonable prices and reliable. We booked them again for our return to the airport. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered what I thought was a SUV but was really just a van. Also ordered drinks for the trip. No drinks were given or ice chest on board. But driver was friendly

The rate was very reasonable. They were on time and the vehicle was the right size for our group and its luggage.

We used the shuttle service twice; first from the airport to our Condado hotel, and from the hotel to the Pan American Cruise Pier. Our group was 6 adults and 4 kids. Lots of bags! Our drivers were friendly, bilingual, and patient with our large crew. Fantastic experience!

The vehicle shown in the add is not type of vehicle that actually picks you up. This is regular taxi.

Our driver was early - messaged us appropriately with instructions on how to meet him, then drove us safely to our destination. The temperature in the vehicle was comfortable and he navigated very heavy traffic quite skillfully.

Great service! Our driver was early and friendly. The only negative was no A/C in the back of the van. We were at our hotel by the time the van started to cool. Having a fully functional a/c would’ve been a 5 star.

From the arrival pick up (sign), tracking our flights, til the end of our stay this company was AMAZING. For a group of 10 ladies it was very accommodating and we texted ahead of time for excursions, beach, dinner, Walmart and they were there in 10mins or less & they would come back & pick us up after we were done. One van was not up to par & smelled like gasoline but the driver was friendly & service was AMAZING

Great service! No glitches. Arrived at SKU and Mariana was right there waiting. She packed our bags (there were 6 of us) and off we went to our hotel. She provided is with information about the area, locations of beaches, shopping and historical sites. Wouldn’t have changed a thing!

I booked this service for 4 from the airport to our hotel. The driver was funny and friendly. He got us to where we wanted to go quickly! He recommended a great place for supper that was delicious and didn't break the bank. I wanted to book with this service the next day to get us to the cruise ship terminal, but they were closed on Sunday; which is understandable. I would use this service again, if I ever make it back to San Juan!!!

The pick up locations need to be clearer. At the San Juan airport it was very confusing and we wound up doing a lot of walking back and forth the driver wasn't sure here e were and vice versa?
