Make sure that it is clear to you where your pick up will take place. Terminal 1 and 2 are on the other side of the water and the directions with Google Maps were very wrong. Let the tour organizar know where your ship wii dock when you are on a cruise and ask for a pick up.

The content of the tour was great, seeing many parts of San Juan. Our small group of 10 people on the tour made it comfortable. Our only issue was time management by our guide. We have 3 separate groups within our group of 10 that had to be back to cruise ships at different times. Our tour guide miss calculated the time and created a bit of a scramble getting people bad to their required times.

Alex knew a lot about San Juan. I felt safe with him. Great tour. Could have spent whole day with him. Hated to see end of tour. We were having fun with Alex and on the tour. I like San Juan and if I come back would book this tour again. I highly recommend. Ask for Alex.

This was built as the perfect tour of Puerto Rico. This was not a particularly good to her. Firstly, the MeetUp instructions were vague. They need to be more specific. Secondly, we visited an outdoor market that was not trading. We received a piece of pineapple. A complete waste of time. We were slightly pressured into eating as part of the tour. This seemed to me to be there simply so that the driver could enjoy a free meal.

ALEX was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond showing our entire group a good time. He was respectful, helping the elders in the group get in and out of the van, extremely knowledgeable about San Juan, Old San Juan, and more, played good music, and provided an overall pleasant experience. Book the tour, you won't regret it!

The guide clearly unprofessional and lacks clear communication skills. He should not be working with the general public. Jose also has an bad attitude if slightly questioned. There are other beautiful tours to explore without the attitude.

The majority of the tour is riding in the van. The ride was comfortable. Our guide Alex was great and offered a lot of information.

We did the Perfect tour with Alex. We had a 5 hour tour of San Juan and he took us to many different areas. Van was nice and had good a/ c. He was very flexing to take us to get souvenirs and to a great local restaurant. Food was good very reasonably priced. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and current state of the country. Extremely nice young man. Would definitely do this tour again.

Our tour guide, Alex was very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing information about the entire Island including the rain forest. His pleasant, patient demeanor allowed for many questions and valuable discussion throughout the day. This tour is amazing! I was able to see quite a bit of the Island. I’m a very active person and this was a bus tour observing different parts of San Juan. It was good for the more sedentary people in our party but I would have liked more of the history of the area.

My guide was Jose. He is a great driver. He had bottled water. Our fruit of the day was pineapple and he even had Tajin to put on it. He knew a lot of history of each place. My favorite part was when we would stop for photos he would say, "We need evidence that you were here." I started saying the same thing, "we need evidence." This tour was exactly as described. It is worth the money.

This is truly a great experience if you are a history buff and interested in learning about the real Puerto Rico!
