It’s a very beautiful experience, and I feel like it was A very good price as well. Our photographer was very informative about the area that we were taking pictures in, and something else that I really liked was he helped us with the poses.

The photographer was extremely talented and showed me the photos as he was taking them. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to and he found me this perfect shell! I would totally recommend it! And it's very affordable.
Be cautious and make sure to read the other reviews before booking. If you’re celebrating a special occasion, I strongly recommend choosing a more reliable photographer. After my photoshoot, the photographer repeatedly stopped responding to my messages, and almost two weeks passed without receiving my photos. After ignoring several attempts to contact him, he eventually replied, explaining that he had lost the SSD card containing my photos but had luckily found it and would send them. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience, especially given the significance of the occasion. When booking a photoshoot to capture special memories, you want the peace of mind that your photos will be delivered on time and that the photographer will communicate professionally. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I would recommend considering other options, particularly if you’re celebrating an important occasion and want someone you can rely on.
Kevin, rescheduled my appointment last minute, stating he had flat tire and wanted to schedule to for the next which would’ve been Saturday, in which I told him no her birthday was that day I scheduled. I then paid the expedited fee to get pictures in two business days which been Tuesday. Today is Wednesday October 14 still no pictures. I’ve texted & called him all day all with crazy answers. My email was ( which it wasn’t) I’m on my last shot I’ll be home in 1 hour ) still no pictures. I feel like he scam me and this isn’t professional services! He didn’t have to wait on my money so I feel he should been more professional with getting me the pictures. I will NEVER BOOK AGAIN!!!!
Im very disappointed with the service…. I came here for my 25th birthday…. We had to harass him for the photos and when he finally sent them, over a month later, He didn’t send any of the photos that we liked…. On top of that the photos were not edited, he said he would upload all the photos and send a partial refund to make it right, however he has not done so. This really was a special moment for me that was ruined. Highly disappointed
Kevin was fantastic, and personality. He was easy-going, creative with poses, and did a very good job, keeping us engaged during the photo shoot. Our problems with Kevin came after the photo shoot. He promised photos within seven business days. I followed up with him several times and no response. I finally received a response that he had sent them so I verified with my email and spam folder that it was a lie. It wasn’t until I requested a refund that I received my pictures. I will not book through Viator again. Kevin was a very nice gentleman, but when someone pays for service to get what you paid for in the timely manner. I’m not wanting to leave negative reviews, I am a photographer, and I understand the process, however, this was significantly delayed with no heads up. I will likely not book services through Viator again, and would likely not book with this photographer again based on this experience. I still think Kevin is a nice guy and the pictures. He did look great but the lack of communication and lies until refund was requested rub me the wrong way.

Kevin showed up to take our photos we had a great time, however we never received our pictures and he never responded to our messages. ☹️we are so disappointed. We flew to Puerto Rico for our engagement pictures. And we never received them.
3 weeks later and still no photos. Also I have sent ten messages following up and there still has been no response. I don’t think I will ever get my family photos. He’s MIA now. Hopefully with leaving a review I will get a response.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Kevin was an absolutely fantastic photographer and was honestly one of the major highlights of my girlfriend and I visit to PR. Not only is he great at helping ease your anxiety to make natural smiles and facial expressions, but he also gives some history and advice on local food joints and bars that are traditional Puerto Rican. Truly an amazing experience

The experience over all was great aside for the communication conflict between my other family members that also booked a photo shoot. He ended up squeezing 7 of us in one hour. It was July 8th and we haven’t received our pictures nor has he communicated with us at all.
The experience with Kevin was ok. He was punctual and friendly. We chatted about local restaurants to eat at and places to visit. When we were finished with the session we were told that we would get the photos within 5-7 days and they would be sent through the Viator app. It has been nearly 3 weeks and we have yet to receive our photos. I’ve had to reach out on different platforms to get in touch. I was told “I sent them out already.” I provided my email address as requested and still have not received our photos. We traveled to Puerto Rico to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and thought it would be great to have photos professionally taken to help us celebrate our milestone….but that did not happen. This experienced has turned out to be very disappointing.

We had such a wonderful experience with our beach photoshoot! Our photographer was friendly and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. My husband and I aren’t natural in front of the camera, but he knew exactly where to take us for beautiful photos and gave us easy, clear directions on how to pose. He made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable! Before our session, we ate at El Iman across the street. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the mango mojito!
Kevin is AMAZING. He is so nice and has such an awesome personality! He has a degree in film in photography so he knows what he is doing. He took us to some of the most beautiful spots for our photos and then gave us all the tips on what the locals do. I highly recommend!!!
I chose Kevin as our photographer because of the outstanding reviews he had received, and my experience leading up to the photo shoot reflected exactly what I had read. Communication was excellent, and the photo session itself went very well. He was professional, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable for my family. After the shoot, Kevin let me know that I could purchase additional edited photos for $30, which I gladly did. He also advised that the edited photos would be ready within one to two weeks. Unfortunately, since then, I have not received the photos or any communication regarding their status. Despite leaving multiple messages through Viator and making several phone calls, I have not received a response. This photo shoot meant so much more than just taking pictures. It was my sister’s 60th birthday celebration and our very first family photo session together. Sadly, all of our parents and grandparents have passed away, and my oldest sister is the only remaining mother figure among all of us siblings. Family traveled from New York City and other locations to make this moment possible, making these photographs truly priceless. I sincerely hope Kevin reaches out and delivers the photos we paid for because the experience during the session was wonderful, and that’s exactly why I selected him based on his exceptional reviews. At this point, however, I can only review my complete experience, which unfortunately includes not receiving our photos or any followup communication. I truly hope this situation is resolved soon so I can update this review accordingly.

However, it has now been 10 business days and I still have not received my photos. The expected delivery timeframe was 5–7 business days, and despite multiple follow-ups and assurances that the images would be sent, I am still waiting. I was genuinely looking forward to seeing how the photos turned out, so this has been disappointing. I hope this is resolved soon, but at this point, the lack of delivery has impacted my overall experience.

Me and my Fiancé were late to the photoshoot and our photographer still got all the photos and was very pleasant and understanding. The location where we took the photos was perfect and he showed us how the set of pictures looked after we took them in case we wanted to redo them. Overall great experience. I only rated this activity 3/5 stars because it has been almost two weeks since we took the photos and we haven’t received them yet so I am hoping this was not a scam. It says 5-7 day turnaround rate so I’m not sure whats going on. We tried contacting him multiple times and haven’t heard back.
