Our tour guide Gillian was super informative, quick to arrive to the destination, and even brought us to Luquillo beach and different kiosks with plenty of food and souvenir options after our tour. Gillian was awesome and incredibly reassuring, especially when it came to easing my skepticism. She was patient, welcoming, and full of great recommendations. As a first-time experience, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through it. She made me feel like I could conquer the world! 😂 Any questions I had, she answered without hesitation and never made me feel uncomfortable asking. Oh beautiful Gillian if there’s any way to request a tour guide, she’s the best one she takes no crap and when she says, trust her you better!!. She made sure that we were comfortable and even gave us a list of places to explore after the excursion. you’re going to get WET. You’re going to get muddy. This is not an intermediate trail. But thanks to her everyone in my group finished and had an awesome time. This is my fourth time in Puerto Rico and I wish I would’ve done this excursion every time! We were with her the whole day she picked us up, drove us from San Juan to the beginning of the hike. She hiked up with us, teaching us about the islands history, as well as the history of the plants. She is very knowledgeable.!! We did two slides a rope swing and a cliff jump and she hiked back with us as well, playing music and giving great vibes. Once we got in the car, she took us to a separate beach then the one we were picked up at where we were able to explore for an hour and a half. The souvenirs were cheaper there and the beach is gorgeous and when the day ended, she sent us on our way. Great experience great price would do again and she takes FREE pictures.

I think everybody should at least go once ! Happy was our guide he was funny and he kept us safe! it is a lot of going up and down so be prepared. I am very afraid of heights but i faced my fears of jumping in the water !!

It was an amazing experience, had a great bunch when we went in, Adynn our tour guide was amazing, she knew exactly what she was doing and gave us a detailed tour about the rain forest and we had so much fun using the natural swings and had jumped from the rocks into the natural springs, this is a must do experience with adynn!

We had an absolute blast on the Small Group El Yunque Waterslide and Transportation tour!  A massive shout-out to our guide, Gillian, who made the whole day effortless and unforgettable. Right from the start, the pickup process was completely seamless. Gillian was super knowledgeable and shared so much cool info throughout the trip. She took us to hidden spots we never would have found on our own if we’d tried to drive out there ourselves. The natural waterslide, rope swing, and cliff jumping were absolute highlights and made for such an awesome adventure! To top it all off, wrapping up the day with good food and relaxing beach time was the perfect end to an incredible tour. If you’re thinking about booking, do it—and definitely ask for Gillian!

Awesome experience! Loved cliff diving. Try all the activities even if youre scared. Theyre not at bad as they seem. Lost my phone and my tour guide happy was so helpful in getting it back to me. 10/10 experience!

This was our first time ever doing a hike and Adynn made it as smooth and helpful as possible. She made everyone feel comfortable and safe and also taught us so much about the rainforest and the plant life that inhabits it!

If you’re physically out of shape or overweight you’ll have a hard time completing this tour. Small spaces, tiny steps/stairs, steep inclines, slippery rocks, and the total distance in general will be challenging. The backpack is really just for your personal items and change of clothes which you’ll have to leave in the van. If you need a backpack to take along with maybe water or emergency items make sure it’s waterproof. Closed toe, durable shoes will be the most important thing to have. I wore water shoes and it may have just been the brand (SHEIN) but I didn’t feel 100% safe in them. Water is 30ft. Slide and ropes are optional. I only did the slide (I can’t swim but I survived lol)! If you deal with anxiety, fear of heights, or claustrophobia, maybe skip this tour altogether. Tour guide Adynn was chill. She made conversation with whoever was at the front of the line. She did take pics upon request. You can take your phone in a waterproof case to capture your own content which I did as well. Definitely wouldn’t do this again but it was thrilling and beautiful.

The tour was amazing. Extremely organized. Our bus was spotless and our tour guide Gillian was the absolute best. She knew all kinds of interesting facts about Puerto Rico and the rainforest. We will definitely be back and try this tour again. High recommend!

An Amazing El Yunque Excursion with the Best Tour Guide! We had an absolutely wonderful experience hiking through El Yunque in Puerto Rico, and Gillian was hands down the best part of the excursion! She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. The hike and water activities were so much fun, and Gillian made sure everyone stayed safe throughout the adventure. She was attentive, encouraging, and always willing to answer questions or offer guidance when needed. Her warm personality and expertise helped us feel comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. It’s clear that Gillian genuinely cares about the people she guides and takes pride in what she does. She truly went above and beyond to make this a special experience for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide! If you’re considering this El Yunque excursion, I highly recommend it. And if you get Gillian as your guide, you’re in for an extra-special experience! This was the most amazing experience! Highly highly recommend. There were a lot of slippery rocks so recommend water shoes. It was difficult but so worth it. And our guide, Adynn was so knowledgeable and great! Will definitely do this again.

Our tour guide Happy was great! He was very friendly and very helpful with the hike, he gave us many fun facts about the rain forest and different stories of his travels and experiences! Highly recommend this attraction! Our tour guide Gillian was amazing! Super energetic, engaging, and informative! Literally met her 3 mins before the tour stared and walked away with a new friend. She’s a vibe. The tour in its self is so tranquil from the hiking to the cliff jumping. To top it off, we wind down at the beautiful beach and enjoyed a strip mall full of food 😋. If you want your bang for your buck, PLEASE BOOK THIS EXCURSION! ❤️💕

This was our family's favorite experience of our trip. Young kids, teens, and parents all had a blast and learned some cool things about Puerto Rico. Lilo is a fantastic guide who was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. She took good care of us and everyone else on the tour.

Happy was the best tour guide I could have asked for. He was sweet, patient and super willing to help. The tour itself is a MUST do, it is refreshing, fun, and a once in a lifetime experience. So glad we booked this!

We had a fantastic experience. The guides were very nice. They drive pretty fast (but safely!) and the road is pretty bumpy, so be aware of that. Also there's a pretty steep and muddy climb early in the hike, which is very intense. But the waterfalls are absolutely beautiful and truly a delight to swim in, I absolutely recommend! The rope swing is also lots of fun. I recommend wearing or bringing water shoes, as you frequently walk through water and when you're at the waterfalls you want to have shoes on.

Gian and Caleb were the best tour guides to our experience at the Yunque National Forest. They were super fun and made us feel safe at all times. We liked that it was a small group. We learned about the history and the plants at the rain forest. Going down the natural water slides was so much fun! I really recommend these two wonderful young men to do your tour in the future..

Loved this experience! We came back in February but had our own transportation then, so this time we needed some. It was super simple to get picked up, and I didn’t expect to be able to stop and get food, which was great because the excursion is long! Definitely worth the money. Fabián was excellent and super helpful and informative! Also, last time I went to El Yunque we didn’t do anything at Luquillo beach, but we stopped there for an hour and got to enjoy the beach which was a perfect way to end our day!

It was great experience at the El Yunque Waterslide. Fabian was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hike was not too difficult be prepared a.quick 5 minute stair master at the beginning and be very careful on the rocks that can be slippery. Good hiking/water shoes are highly recommended. One waterslide, one cliff jump, and one rope swing. The small group was great we had a total of 12 people. You will get wet and muddy, but it is all worth it in the end!

The experience was fantastic and truly one of a kind. Gi did a great job of guiding us and making the tour worthwhile. Having the opportunity to swim in a rainforest is something I’ll always hold dear. If your guide offers you a life jacket, please accept the life jacket. I will be recommending this experience to all my friends and family traveling to Puerto Rico!

Really enjoyed seeing the El Yunque rainforest and trying the rope swing, jumps and slide. Fabian gave great recommendations for things to do in San Juan. The tour also included a surprise trip to Luquillo beach which had great food and is a nice place to jet ski.

The tour went beyond my expectations, the beautiful scenery and I loved all the facts our tour guide, Adynn, gave us. She was very informative and answered questions we had along the way. She made the experience feel as if we had known everyone in our group of 9 for a long time. From the rock sliding to the rope swing, it was all filled with fun. We even got to eat a flower lol. Definitely book this if you love nature and swimming. The whole tour was about 3 hours and we even had time to grab lunch. Thanks again to Adynn for making this experience so memorable and fun.

Great trip! Gillian was texting me 25 min before she arrived to check in and to confirm the pick up time and to double check on the quanity of the water we had and the proper shoes to wear. She definitely has the knowledge of the rainforest, all the fauna and flora, and made it fun. She led us carefully through the water and over the rocks. We had plenty of free time at the swing rope. She is a great driver too! She rocked 4 guys to sleep on the way back 😆

Lilo was absolutely amazing! She was so personable, energetic, and patient throughout the entire tour. Some of us clearly did not read the fine print about the hike being moderate to strenuous 😂, and let’s just say we were struggling a little! Lilo was incredibly patient, encouraging, and never made us feel rushed. She kept the energy positive and made sure we were okay along the way. Her personality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. We laughed, explored, and made some great memories. If you get Lilo as your guide, you’re in great hands!
