Sju Airport Transfers (Isla Verde, Condado, Old San Juan)

Our driver, Hector, was courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. He made our transition from the airport to our hotel seamless and stress-free.

Héctor was right there at the start of baggage claim. Big warm smile and walked me to the luggage carousel waited patiently for my bag. Then he steered the bag and me to his waiting van wonderfully open. The door helped me get up into the thing and got me straight to my hotel put my luggage on the step. What a wonderful man very warm very sweet very helpful giving me background about the area. Very nice man thank you Hector for giving me a smile after a long day of travel.

Our driver communicated with us thoroughly. He friendly and engaging. He told us about a lot of local places to eat, shop, and tour.

Driver was late didn’t pick us up in side had to walk outside with 3 big suitcases a stroller and a 2yr old I wanted to add a stop to Walmart was told that would be an extra 30 on top of the 75 I already paid for this ride and my hotel was literally 3 minutes from the airport so I wish I had known before hand I will definitely do more research next time . The driver was pleasant offered us water and got us there safely and drove excellent like he was carrying precious cargo

If you have a group and you all come at different times they did not pay attention to your pick up time! They were late after they had it wrong and to be honest the short distance our hotel was from the airport this was a rip off Lyft is cheaper.

JP was awesome! He was so easy to find at baggage claim and he showed us where to find our bags and waited patiently while we collected our MANY bags! We didn’t feel rushed at all and he helped us load everything into the van. There was plenty of space for all our luggage and 8 people :) JP was very kind and made conversation with us and gave us some tips about the area. He also had ice cold bottled water for each of us which was a lifesaver after traveling all day with 3 back to back to back flights and running to make connections. I would definitely book with JP again and have only good things to say about our experience. Thank you!

We booked airport transportation from the San Juan airport to our cruise ship. The communication was great from day one. The team messaged me confirming which cruise line. When we arrived, I had an email and then received a phone call from the team letting me know my driver‘s name and his phone number. Shortly after our driver, Mr Hector, called me to let me know he would meet us in the departure. He showed up shortly after with a sign that had my name on it. It was a very smooth process from the beginning. I would highly recommend use this group for airport transportation.

Our driver, Christian was AMAZING! He communicated with us prior to our arrival back to San Juan port. After our cruise we stayed 3 days in PR, He gave us great suggestions on places to visit and local food. We highly recommend using this service and will do so again on our next trip to PR.

Our driver (JP) met us right at baggage claim and patiently waited as the airline was not as efficient as he was. Took us right to a comfortable right sized SUV and drove us to our destination with just enough discussion to make us feel welcome and curious about San Juan but not like he was trying to force conversation.

Pickup from a VV cruise is under the white tent (just ask).... signs when you leave the terminal are misleading. Our driver was fantastic, very friendly, professional and a very good driver.
