So fun driving an ATV for the first time! Love my tour guide Jezed. I was getting eating alive by the mosquitoes and I have at least 12 huge welts. I booked the tour through Viator since we didn't have a car during this trip. Recommended to wear long sleeves that are good for hot weather, mosquitoes spray, face mask, eye protection for the dust and either shoes you don't care for or shoe covers with your shoes and bring water. They have a bar and restaurant if you want to eat there. It's definitely a great experience

Never received the ATV excursion because the provider didn’t provide a location despite confirming the reservation and multiple follow-ups by phone and email. Even called the day before and spoke with someone who said again that the location information would be sent later in the day in the evening before the event. They never did that evening or the morning of. So I was sold an event that I couldn’t physically attend. When I attempted to cancel (booked through Expedia) they denied refund per policy. This was theft.

Was fun Annie made a great day! Weather was great since it had rained day before it was muddy made it more fun!

Great guides and trails. I loved all the scenery and animals we saw along the way. They prepare you for everything and you learn about the location (I won’t tell you because you have to experience it)

This was such an amazing experience! We really enjoyed seeing the land, animals, and being out in nature. That being said, the ride was very bumpy and muddy. It was an awesome experience and we would do it again. Our tour guides (Juan & unsure of second name) were very understanding and patient. I would just say through in another break or two in there. Also-it's tiring to hold the gas down to go. I will be back that is for sure.

This was awesome! I had never rode an ATV before and it was a blast riding fast in the Puerto Rican countryside. It took about 30 minutes to get to the ranch from San Juan, and we rode for an hour and ten minutes with a 15 minute break to get drinks and take pictures halfway through. Evan was a great guide, he was super friendly and took pictures for everyone throughout the tour. Like I said in the title though, be sure to bring clothes you can wash and WEAR SUNGLASSES. I didn’t and had dust in my eyes, but that’s my own fault because it says to wear sunglasses in the description. It didn’t matter though, because I still had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Great tour guides . Very caring to everyone. The length of time was fair. We had a great time and everyone had fun. This is definitely one to do again in the near future. Thank you. 😀

We prefer a more challenging ride. It felt like we were on a dirt track with dozens of other riders. The person leading our group was very bossy, basically threatening us with taking our keys if we did anything he didn’t like. Not a very customer focused or friendly experience.

It rain the whole time and it was freaking awesome!! Mud, rain and cows...what more can you want when you are ripping through the jungle trails!!!

This tour should be limited to riders new to ATVs. Experienced riders will be disappointed. There was no moonshine nor mint for the mojito bar.

This tour was amazing! The staff was friendly and our tour guide was great! We will most definitely return and refer our friends.

Beautiful scenery unfortunately you take about 30 minutes of breaks so you’re only riding for an hour …. But the worst part is during the hour you stop about every 3 minutes for guide to see if the group of 6 is all together, also multiple guides trying to call each other on cell phones trying to figure out what to do next need some walkie talkies. Also if you enjoy going 12-14 often slower then book this, it’s supposed to be an excursion but all of the things mentioned above made it not fun at all would not book again very poorly run and extremely inefficient. Also mojito bar supposed to open at 11AM which it did not, I have done atv excursions before so I know they can be fun but this one big disappointment.

This excursion was bomb!! Best part, i got stuck in mud. Our tour guide was amazingly fun! Definitely recommend.

Getting dirty hands down! I will say they should spilt the groups ups by people who are experienced and not scared cause it kinda slows the group down when we have to keep stopping because someone can’t keep up !

Wow! This tour is a must. I had the best time whipping around getting muddy on the ATV. Not to mention the beautiful views, my guide was Cathy. She was perfect!! I got stuck in puddle and she helped me out right away. I got stuck again and was able to get myself out by remembering her steps 10 mins before lmao. My group I was with was also 10/10. Beware that you are gonna get diiiirrrttrrry!!! I’m so glad I decided to do this.

This company does not care about your safety, customer service, or basic human decency - STAY AWAY! Because this was non-refundable, we called 2 weeks ahead to make sure our 16-year old son would be able to drive. They assured us he could. The day before, their terms magically changed and now required drivers to be 18 years old. I sent them screenshots of their original site when we booked and screenshots of our phone call to prove we spoke to their company. Let’s just say - my son drove mainly bc I think they didn’t want to give us a refund but they treated us horribly all day. The equipment is outdated and unsafe - one person’s brakes didn’t work, another girl fell in a lake with alligators. They are a TERRIBLE company and I spoke with Viator because frankly this is not a company they should be endorsing in any way. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

This company is absolutely terrible - STAY AWAY and book ATVs with someone else. They change their terms after they get your money, argue with you - treat you horribly and put you on unsafe equipment. One guy had an ATV with faulty brakes another lady fell in a lake. They don’t care about customer service - they solely care about getting your non/refundable money. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY

This was my first time ever riding ATV’s and going to Hacienda made it special! Our tour guide Jose gave us insight on the popular landmarks and he showed us how to properly work the ATV’s. He made sure we were all okay throughout the tour. 10/10 recommend!

Hector was an excellent tour guide and led the way in easy fashion! The ride allowed for me to see the beautiful countryside of the Hacienda! Additional history on that house and its contributions to cinema locations was great as well! The best excursion outta my five during my time on the island!

This was a beautiful scenic experience. It was super muddy when we went but it was part of the experience for sure. Loved this.

I had a blast! I came solo but quickly came friendly with vacationing couple. Be prepared for the mud. Old sneaks lots of fun.

Don't skip the puddle. As a first timer, I skipped the puddles and this is part of the experience. Yes it gets you super muddy. The shoe covers were clutch. Definitely were sun glasses or bring some type of eye covering. If not shield the mud, it will the dust.

My friend and I had such an amazing time going ATV. Our guide Jose was really nice!! All the staff was friendly and informative! If you plan on coming, I highly suggest wearing leggings or any clothes that has that material! You will get covered in mud lol. Also the bar was really good. I loved most is the picking up and dropping you off! It’s great when you don’t have a rental

it was okay. I wish it wasn't just riding in a line, if you're in the back you can wait until people go ahead and then you can drive fast and hit the puddles but other than that kind of boring. really all you need to know is WEAR LAYERS AND LAYERS OF BUG SPRAY if you go. you will get eaten alive. in my opinion not worth the amount of money.

I had an awesome time. There was plenty of mud to ride in and the length of the event was amazing. That was my first time on an ATV and it was great fun.

My guide Louis took on an Adventure. It was a lot of mosquitos, so wear long sleeves and pants. Great paths a lot of fun. Will definitely will do again.

Unfortunately was highly disappointed in the company that got picked to handle the tour. While the ATV tour itself was amazing. Rico Sun Tours was terrible to deal with. They left our whole group at the atv tour and went back with an empty bus. Due to no fault of our own as the tour ran over. Then while the island had no service we had to find our own way back. They told me they weren’t sending a driver back out and could get me a cab I had to pay for. What was the point of even using them. They didn’t fulfill their obligations if providing transport there and back

INCREDIBLE!!!! this was worth every single penny. the views were incredible, our tour guide Hector was absolutely amazing.

John was great. He showed us how to use the ATV and it was a great view going through the grounds. Also he gave us a little history knowledge on the property. Can’t wait to come back and bring some friends.

The tour guides were amazing (Kathy & Hector). Kathy ensured everyone felt comfortable and safe! She even made sure everyone was able to take pictures! I recommend long pants and bug spray & most importantly eye wear! The trail was excited and it was definitely worth the money!

I am a review reader. I read reviews that some people left about this ATV experience. And I must say everyone that gave a bad review of this experience did not want to enjoy their experience. My wife and I had a ball. Our guide whose name I can’t remember right now but he was the supervisor there was AWESOME. His assistant helped my wife in ways that made her experience PERFECT. This guys are top notched. I recommend to any and everyone that wants to have fun. But not for those that are coming to look for something to complain about. Sincerely Wesley.

This was such a fun experience. Our tour guide Josh was super friendly and offered to take pictures for each member of the group multiple times throughout the tour. It was neat seeing all of the animals while riding on the tour we saw at three iguanas amongst many other animals The chicken in the mojito grill they have onsite was so delicious 10 out of 10 recommend. Would definitely do this again.

Best part of my trip by far. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe the entire time. The driver picked me up right outside my hotel in a clean shuttle bus. Our tour guide was so nice and helpful. I recommend to everyone to book this tour.

Cathi was great! The entire experience was fun and easy from the time we got picked up to the time we got dropped off. She was very tentative to each individuals needs.
