It was a very nice peaceful and romantic experience. The views of the city were gorgeous and the snacks and champagne were great, our host gave us an umbrella which came in handy as it got very hot and sunny, if there was an umbrella attached to float would make it even better. Recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker also.

This was the most romantic activity I’ve ever done. My partner and I enjoyed this so much! We are definitely doing this again when we come to body Puerto Rico again. So fresh and relaxing. This was just perfect!!

Hosts were exceptionally polite, informative, and offering. Good communication helped with time delays, and adjustment of everyone schedule. Amenities were wonderful and worth the price. The underwater experience topped the experience off. Highly recommend for any party of any size.

Great Experience! A great date idea. Make sure you have sun screen and a hat on. It was a super hot day. Only suggestion a cooler filled with ice to keep the snacks and drinks cold.

It was a beautiful experience. Only issue was we did not receive our charcuterie board until the end.

This was awesome. They set us up real nice on the floating dock and the views were amazing. Definitely recommend it’s very private and not rushed.

This excursion was misrepresented. There were no rose pedals. No ice for the champagne. No napkins. Both champagne flutes were broken. One of them we couldn’t even drink out of because it leaked at the base.

The guy that set up the float rushed the setup they was more excited about the money than making sure we got the full experience no rose pedals we booked for a photo shoot so we definitely needed a certain look and after being on the water about 17mins it start pouring raining and we had to go back..I didn't want to continue on already bcus it seemed fraud that they would advertise the rose pedal look and there wasn't any on our float it was my husband's birthday and they messed up his day and he hated it I would advise anyone not to book with this company the owner promised us a refund then stopped communicating with us once he knew we were back in the United States str8 rip offs

Calm waters. Plenty of space. Great staff. Nice lite picnic. Special treat. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a different experience.

We had a great time! We loved the picnic basket and the privacy we were given. I’d suggest bringing a jbl so you have your own music like we did. It was a very comfortable experience for us.

Everyone was so nice! They offered to take photos of us together before the picnic, the champagne was cold as was the water, and the charcuterie box.

Very relaxing and romantic… Staff was very nice! Great scenery for picture and videos… My favorite champagne Clicquot was served for an extra fee, loved it!

This was such a beautiful experience. Adrian was so helpful and made us feel great! We are in our honeymoon and this experience felt so sweet and so thought out. The charcuterie board was so delicious and the wine was delicious! We were out in the water for about 2 hours and it felt like we were in our own little world! Definitely recommend this as romantic outing! You can even see manatees and turtles if you’re lucky! I would recommend this for any special occasion!

The service was excellent, we felt very welcomed. And the privacy really gave us the time to focus on each other and really connect.

Lots of fun and the staff was super nice and helpful! The only thing I'd recommend is that you plan to bring a portable speaker. The experience is so much nicer with good tunes to listen to. Fortunately, we had enough juice left on our phones to play music, and that made the experience even better :)

This was a great experience the staff was very nice and welcoming. The owner Will was very nice welcoming attentive and met all our needs. It felt great gray being out there in the middle of the water just you and you and your loved one. I would Deff do this again & everyone should experience this.

Staff were friendly, very accommodating! I had mistakenly confused my time with a different excursion by 45 minutes ; calling them directly was a dead zone. I decided to still show up and explained my situation. They were very understanding and generous. They honored my excursion as planned. They provided a big size umbrella for sun or rain coverage which was such a bonus! I had the best, most romantic 2 hours in the middle of the lagoon. Personal and very sensitive topics touched upon which you can hardly do in a normal setting. Highly recommend this for couples. Bring a bathing suit for tanning, sunscreen and or a cover up to avoid getting burned. It’s a tropical island so a light rain can happen. 10/10

The most memorable parts. I had to enjoy the alone time while floating above the water, listening to music, eating light refreshments, and drinking champagne. The only thing I disliked about the experience is that if you decide to go out on the water during the evening hours, there aren't any lifeguards or staff to save you if you should fall over. So basically, you are left unattended until your hours are up.

Had the best sunset experience on the Condado lagoon with Aqua Experiences PR. Rented the floating deck with picnic tray and Prosecco bottle. The overall service from the friendly local team was impeccable. A great way to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Definitely a must do in San Juan when vacationing on the island or for a special occasion.

It was our 40th wedding anniversary and it was quite a unique way to spend it. The gentleman who brought us out and back in from the raft were awesome.

So tranquil and amazing sunset view and calm waters. We had a our own speaker for music and the cheese board was delicious. The paddle board is big and spaces and the cushions are comfortable. Best moment ever.

Amazing experience as well as extremely friendly staff, highly recommended! They were very organized and attentive to our needs or suggestions, also they gave us awesome suggestions about more places to visit.

I felt misled and robbed with this excursion. The photo led me to believe I would be on a small boat with someone paddling my companion and I. I did not anticipate being left on a large sized surfboard for two hours. I cannot swim and the fear of falling off of that thing was very real especially after being told people have fallen off. I was asked if I wanted a life jacket and then the lifejacket was tucked underneath a pillow This excursion needs to be stopped immediately for false advertisement. I would like my money back and I will never encourage anybody to take part in this excursion. I did the ATV excursion you guys offer and I had a wonderful time I would suggest that to everyone who goes to San Juan but this excursion is a force a lie and I feel straight out arm robbery was committed.

Our tour guide was amazing. He was very attentive and helped with anything we needed. Everything was set up perfectly when ever we arrived

Great experience! They even gave us an extra 15 minutes to make sure we saw the whole sunset. Definitely the highlight of our trip

So relaxing & romantic. Took my wife of 12 years here and she loved it. The lagoon is so peaceful and calm. The cheese platter was great and had meats, fresh fruits, and pistachios. Champagne was delicious, it was a great touch and it was cold. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The whole experience was great, minus getting a parking ticket on the street. I highly recommend to find parking early as there aren’t many spaces to park on street. Best thing is to pay parking in the parking garages located throughout. Smooth process and check out. Will definitely recommend to couples for a nice date.

10/10 would recommend. I had so much fun. The float was huge and there was plenty of room for the two large bean bag/cushions. I did this solo but could have easily fit another person. The staff was super friendly and kind. The charcuterie board and champagne was great and the guys even threw in cupcakes for my birthday. I’ll be back!
