San Juan: Snorkeling With Turtles And Complimentary Videos

Everythng about the tour was great except the water was very cloudy and it was hard to see the turtles.

Our tour guide Sergio was amazing. The experience was incredible and we would definitely recommend. They make sure you get to sea turtles.

Very fun experience despite not seeing much due strong currents. The tour guide was very kind, informative & made the experience feel safe!

The guy talked to fast and didn’t give out clear instructions we had problems in the water and he just left us. You will be better off just using google and go yourself like everyone else did for free just pay $7 for parking and the group didn’t get the full time out on water want book again

Gorgeous Janice and Jose are incredible! Janice is hilarious and I feel like literally anything with her would be a blast! Jose was very friendly, helpful, and nice as well. Oh, ALSO, my Gopro decided to shut itself off when we walked into the water. Cool, I know... BUT they get videos for you so you can just go and enjoy and they'll capture some memories for you to cherish the super cool experience!

It was great didn’t get to see any sea turtles but still a great adventure! We saw some fish and other little creatures!

My partner and I had an absolute BLAST! The weather kicked up quite a bit of the sea floor so there wasn’t much visibility, but we still had fun, the guides were exceptional, and we would recommend this company to anyone wanting to snorkel in Puerto Rico!

We were the only 2 people in our group. Our guide Janice went out of her way to make sure we saw the sea turtles we were seeking. I saw 3 and my husband saw at least one. We also saw sea cucumbers, blue Dory, and a multitude of other fish. Having the video after is such a great touch. Showing all my family and friends videos of the sea turtles.

I had a wonderful time. The instructor was very clear very friendly very helpful even to people that aren’t the strongest swimmers. The only negative thing about the experience is the mask wouldn’t fit over my nose so I couldn’t snorkel I was just swimming So if you have a bigger/wide nose because you’re ethnic background, their mask specifically do not accommodate for that I’ve been snorkeling before in Puerto Rico, June 2025 with a different company and had no issues. It’s literally just because of their mask. So I hope they get new ones in the future to fit all nose types.

First of all the experience was amazing. The tour guide JoseOscar was super friendly, funny and cool all the way. Gave us a great rundown od everything and was showing everything from turtles to fish to even an octopus but it was great. I didn't pay for an admission fee since I walked to the beach from where I was. The length of the trip was great felt like every minute in the water was worth it. JoseOscar created a great environment full of vibes and there wasn't a big crowd on my trip so it wasn't a hassle to see all the sealife but the whole thing was amazing. Best for vacations and birthdays maybe even honeymooms but overall it is great for anything... the sea creatures might be timid but when they are around they come out in their numbers. Great experience definetly would do it again.

Let me start by saying the staff was very helpful, friendly, informative & the vibes were there ! This was my second time snorkeling on my trip and I loved it ; however the pictures and titles are very misleading ….. we expected to see many turtles, they actually can’t grantee you see a turtle at all sadly. I didn’t see a turtle on either tour but I enjoyed both and would definitely do it again ! They even advised to purchase your own gear a try on your on I think that’s our plan next time !

Janice was amazing and took us all around. Spectacular adventure. She called and chatted us through the meeting spot (I’m the worst with directions on me not her). She was lovely I would absolutely book this again!!

Pros: It was cool to see some fish, turtles, and sea urchins, and the equipment was clean and fit for purpose Cons: We were at a public beach, the water was murky, and there were way too many people trying to follow one guide. It was crowded and chaotic. We will probably go elsewhere next time

Sergio was a great tour guide! We saw a sea turtle, octopus, squid and all types of Beautiful animal's! I would definitely make sure you are comfortable with water, you won’t drown because of the life vest but make sure you have a friend if it’s your first time snorkeling to help you get comfortable

Two Thumbs down…our tour guide KEPT leaving us! like how do you leave ppl out in the open water after bein informed that NO ONE are great swimmers! not only that ,the pictures that are advertised are arent ever close to what you get …10 out of 10, I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend based on my Tour Guide…fingers crossed you get someone better 🤷🏻‍♀️

Was a good experience would go again

Was located 1.6 miles from the cruise terminal, thought we could walk it as there was plenty of time, the “pin” they sent took me to a park, across the street from the beach. Had a hard time finding them. Snorkeled off the beach for an hour. Saw a turtle, and some fish.

Great experience. My girlfriend isnt a great swimmer and they took the time to show her how to snorkel and hold her breath under water. She was very nervous but they were patient and walked us through each step. They made sure she was 100 percent comfortable prior to going out on the water. Recommend this tour 10/10.

The crew was awesome and very knowledgeable. An hour and half was perfect and seeing three sea turtles was the absolute best!

It was a really fun new thing to try. The instructors are really fun and helpful, it is not dangerous, can be done with a family, and/or kids.

Good company to work with on time and very friendly. provided a great experience. That's see a turtle and a sting ray and quite a few fish. unfortunately three isn't pretty bad shape due to overuse. good experience overall. definitely worth the money.

No need to pack anything. You can not use your own snorkel gear which sucks. But it was good still. A walk to the beach. There is no car ride to the destination

I thought I could swim, but boy was I humbled. I panicked a bit, but the guides were great in assisting and I still had a GREAT time. Only downside was I was confused on how to locate the meeting place.

💯 recommend this trip. Saw some turtles and lots of colourful fish. Jeremy and Joseoscar made the experience so much better by telling us facts about the fish and always trying to find something new in the sea. Thank you so much for the experience, would 💯 come again.
