Great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. I never paddle boarded before this. I was given a short demo and a quick safety briefing and was sent on my way. The meeting point is really close to the water and there is a place to store your bags.
This is for our experience renting the paddle boards for an hour, with a brief reminder of the “how to” by the very kind and helpful staff who also gives you tips how to spot marine life and a bottle of water when the adventure ends. We will do it again.

Booked 2person regular kayak for 1hr, Showed up and rep was not interested in my scheduled business and just wanted to go home, No organization or instructions, Had to track down right person for check in and drop off, No one to help upon docking boat afterwards and zero courtesy, Got mad at me for having a late reservation even though LEDnite ones came later
No one was there when I showed up and they are now debating my refund. There is a pace around the block I just found - 2 hours for $20. Don’t book this. Rip off and they give one hour and no one is there.
This is a safe and relaxing way to do paddle boarding. I am already an experienced one but I will recommend it to the first timers as well. This is my third time with them! The Condado waters are calm enough to just enjoy and toward the bridges it gets wavy but not as bad to mess up your experience! The guys are gentlemen who always accommodate your needs!
We had a great time paddle boarding on the lagoon. My husband had never been before and the staff took their time teaching him how to paddle and offered other helpful tips. My kids each saw a sea turtle and there were lots of fish and other small creatures in the shallow areas that were easy to see. Next time I am in PR I will rent from Aqua Experiences again.

Scary but thrilling and worth the experience. Ask questions, the instructions are given simple and quick and they don’t actually go out in the water with you.

We were on RCCL Marinar of the Seas and the 3rd stop was San Juan. We had booked the Paddleboard Rental on Viator not realizing the excursion was same one to be booked on the ship. We arrived for our 10A excursion about 935A and about 940A the bus with the people from the ship arrived...they were late for the 9A excursion. We were told they would be accomodated and we would do the Pedal Kayak instead and that we could do the paddleboarding after along with a refund. Okay...so we did that but when the paddleboarders returned we waited about 15-20 minutes for the guys to come back to help us...by the time we saw them heading our way we were hot and done. It was sort-of the perfect storm but that is the only thing we had booked. The excursion on Viator was $26 and on the ship was $76...but we paid our own transportation and then didn't get to do what we signed up for. The owner was very nice...but I will think twice booking with Viator again on something like this. Again, it was very disappointing!
Local police should not ticket rental cars that are parked legally. Nice staff. Very courteous and helpful.

The experience was great from beginning to end—from the greeting at the door, to the overall serenity experienced once in the water. They ensured safety, provided great detail for dos and donts, and I was extremely comfortable once I entered the water. I will definitely come back when I’m in San Juan!
Simple and peaceful activity with very friendly staff who teach you how to paddleboard. We went for a sunset paddle board around the lagoon and it was wonderful!
