We will begin with a safety briefing by the beach and a training on the shallow part of the beach. Once the child gains confidence, we can explore the area to see juvenile fish in the shallow area of the bay. Depending on the children’s level of confidence and skills, it is decided whether to head to the deeper areas of the bay and explore other wild marine animals around, such as adult fish and the magnificent green sea turtles. Families with children from 8 to 12 years old. It is required that there is at least one guardian per every 4 kids in the experience. IMPORTANT: Pregnant travelers are not accepted. Non Swimmers are not accepted. *Note: This is not a boat activity. We start the adventure from the shore.
The best guide! However, a lot of work just to swim out and see a 19in turtle swim to the surface. This is a bay/lagoon so there is a lot of churn and the water is not very clear. You will free “swim” out with flippers, snorkel mask, and a life vest. Booking and working with the company was great and professional!!! - maybe another location to snorkel from would be better.
My granddaughter and I had a great time. It was harder than I thought it would be, but our guide, Sergio, always made sure we were safe. The water was great, saw turtles and fish. Would recommend this tour for anyone looking to snorkel.
Our guide Sergio was patient, kind and always made me feel safe. I ended up cutting my time in the water short because I didn’t feel strong or confident enough in the currents, but the tour group was very supportive. The downside: there weren’t clear enough instructions on the meetup location and it took a long time to get a response from the tour company to direct me. All in all, it was a fun experience. FYI: The water at this location is not the smooth, crystal clear blue you see in other places. A bit cloudy and a bit choppy but fine for a strong swimmer.
I think we lucked out with a small group, in total we had 3 adults and 2 children. Because of this, I felt like we were able to have space to explore without bumping into anyone. Jeremy was a great guide. He is very knowledgeable and patient and great at finding hidden creatures. The only problems we ran into (which I didn't find out about until later that night) was the kids mask and snorkel. My son told me hours later that his mask and snorkel kept filling with salt water which made it hard for him to enjoy himself. On top of one of his fins just wouldn't stay on. So hopefully they will test and replace some of their faulty equipment.
We had a fantastic snorkeling experience! We saw 4 sea turtles and many different kind of fishes. Guiders were amazing! It was a smooth and fun experience! We will definitely be back with our kids
I wouldnt exactly say it was kid friendly, my child and i had never snorkeled before, and was given a short briefing of how equipment worked. Guide went way to fast in the strong currents for us. It was hard to keep up with him and see the things he was showing us. I feel that the water was way to rough for a 9 year old and being a kids tour. It was super hard to enjoy because i was worried about her. i dont think its something we will do again until she is way older and can properly work the mask and tube since we were not given anytime to figure that out beforehand. Next time i will try to find a more kid friendly snorkeling adventure.

Jermey was our guide. He was thorough with instructions as this was our first time. He always made sure everyone was ok in the water. Definitely a great experience would love to do it again! Our videos & pictures were great as well.
Our family traveled from Ohio to take the tour and Luna was an amazing host, guide, and teacher through the entire snorkeling experience. We were well informed and shown several different varieties of sea life. My kids (8 and 9) were talking about it for days after! Thanks Luna - keep it up, you were wonderful!

This was a wonderful experience! My kids (9 and 12) had never snorkeled before and Lena was such a patient teacher who made the whole time fun. We saw lots of beautiful fish and a friendly turtle too. Cindy was very helpful in making the reservations. We would go with this well run family business again and highly recommend them for a snorkeling adventure.
I am beyond impressed with the communication, professionalism, and the experience of our trip! Luna was so good at prepping my kids and I, and we saw amazing fish and sea Tue tiles and received amazing photos and videos of our experience to remember it with, all without being distracted by trying to take images in the moment!

We had a phenomenal experience! Our guides were patient with the varied needs of the families in the group and knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed sharing their expertise and working with children. The safety briefing was efficient and effective, beginning with fish that are "foe" and those that are "friend" to engage the kids before going into equipment logistics. Once we got to the water, they eased everyone in and made sure we were comfortable with putting our faces in/breathing/using the fins, etc. We saw a variety of fish, including several schools, some coral, and were able to watch a turtle come up for air several times. When a few of the kids were "done" one of the guides took them back to the beach a bit early so the rest of the group could continue. Our group was large ~15 of us, with two guides, and they managed that size well throughout. The pictures and videos we received after were great! I very highly recommend this if you have kids.

Samuel (Water Guide) and Cindy (Land Guide) were great and very nice to us all. The tour was good and we had fun, but I think having a smaller group would be better. When you have such a large group more then 6 (like my group 11 people) for one guide it makes it hard to successfully look underwater where he (Samuel) indicates to be when there is so many people trying to get to look at the same time. Dealing with the waves, straglers, and others in the water one misses the opportunity to see. If they can do smaller groups it will make a difference for the customers enjoyment. Thank you both.

The most amazing experience he’s it is a work out but so worth it. My son can’t swim he was given a floating device to hold on to which still allowed me to keep him close but also experience everything my family had an amazing time

It was challenging to find the location of the tour guides. Most people who signed up for the tour said the same thing upon arrival “sorry I’m late! We got lost… we couldn’t find it..” etc. I suggest improved descriptions of where the location is to reduce that frustration point for participants. The tour itself was good. We did get to see a sea turtle which was fun. However, we had brought our own snorkeling gear and had snorkeled in those same waters just the day before (without a guide), so we saw a lot of the same things. My expectations were that we would be snorkeling in a more exclusive space, hence the reason for paying for the experience. I will say, the guide we had was great. Andrew was patient, kept us safe, explained to us about different species, and even found some unique creatures in the water for us to hold. The photos were also fun to have.
I wouldn’t personally do this specific tour again. I’ve done snorkeling tours in the past where a boat takes you out to the snorkeling spot, so there’s less swimming against the tides. In this tour, we swam from the beach to the snorkeling area and back, which was much more swimming than I expected. The tides made it more tiring for me. Because it was a more swimming-intensive experience, participants weren’t all at the same skill level, so our guide had to assist them more. This meant she wasn’t able to take as many photos and videos as she might have if everyone had been more experienced in the water. While it wasn’t the perfect fit for me, I appreciated her professionalism and care.
I had an amazing experience!! Andrew was phenomenal! My son is on the spectrum and was afraid to try something so different. Not only did Andrew reassure him everything was going to be ok, he stood close by the entire time making sure he felt comfortable. The experience itself was surreal, seeing marine life so close was beautiful. 100/10!!! Thank you for such a memorable experience!!
This was AMAZING The tour guide was nice and understandable when we had problems. She made sure everyone was ok and with the group. She even let us hold a sea urchin (non-venomous)! I would do it again

This was a great experience. My daughter stayed in the water long enough to see a turtle! The guide was kind and patient with her. Def recommend. Meeting point description was easy to follow and Zeus the dog was an added bonus!

This was a nice morning activity for our family with two kids, ages 7 and 10, who were first timers. It was long enough to feel worth it but not so long that energy and tolerance were maxed out. We booked last minute and basically had a private tour. Andrew was very kind and patient with our daughter whose mask kept needing readjustments. Recommend for an easy family adventure close to San Juan.

This was an amazing trip - we went with family and friends ages 7 to 51 and it was perfect for all ages. Roberto was our guide and he made the session really safe, fun, and memorable. The pictures he got were amazing - ones we will cherish forever. Must do trip while in Puerto Rico!!

This was an amazing experience! I attended with my 5yo, 7yo and spouse. Roberto was protective and supportive of the kids which gave me confidence we were in good hands. I felt the young ones were very safe during the excursion. I also felt pleased that it was within the kids abilities but also extraordinary for us adults too. The videos were amazing as well. Honestly I was skeptical about booking but it was totally worth it! We took our small children the youngest being 6 and I was as amazing! Definitely a great experience! Luna our guide was amazing and so patient with us, absolutely loved it!
